Dovewing: Hey, guys. We have an important message to tell you.

Jayfeather: People didn't seem to get the memo when we posted it on the message board, so just in case you didn't see it, we're putting it here.

Lionblaze: Here is a message from @D0veWing, the director of this book: I need to tell you readers something serious. I hate writing this book. It takes so much energy and time, time I don't even enjoy spending, and I hate it. It's not any of your faults, trust me. It's only me with a problem. I haven't updated that thing since SEPTEMBER, and it's not because of school or anything like that. I just hate writing it, and dread making new chapters. I can't really describe it--it just is. I had this problem for months now, but I still continued it because you guys enjoyed it so much, and I like making people happy.

I was thinking about discontinuing it. You see, I actually love writing Sweet November and The Witching Hour, but does anyone care about the books I actually prefer writing? Ironically, no. Thanks, guys. Thanks a lot.

I'm sorry if I sound like a brat, but there's only so much time I have on this earth. Why waste it by being miserable publishing stuff I absolutely hate writing? I guess you can put it in your reading lists if you want, and when you feel down you can read some of your favorite chapters to cheer up.

This has taught me a good experience, one that I may take with me if I succeed in becoming a published author. Thank you for sharing it with me.

Dovewing: We don't even have a draft for a new chapter. Haven't you noticed the super-delayed updates, even in greenleaf? Yeah. This is why.

Lionblaze: We really are sorry for this. We used to enjoy answering your questions, but not so much anymore.

Jayfeather: I'm not sorry.

Dovewing: Well, Lionblaze and I are sorry.

Lionblaze: I guess this is the final goodbye, unless the director feels happy making this again.

Dovewing: *sniffles*
