The Last Teaser

As you all may know...this week is going to be the final chapter for this book. I'm actually sad the book is ending because it was my first book and I never imagined that it would be a favorite for my readers. I had started this book two years ago but I was writing it for myself for fun and I never thought I'd be posting it for everyone but I'm glad I did.

The final chapter will be a nice long one so I hope to get it done by Thursday. I'll let you guys know how I'm doing on my message board so keep an eye out for that or I may do an authors note.

Here's the teaser for the final chapter:

"Kiran?.....Where are you going with your stuff this late at night?" I stood up and blocked her path to the front doors. 

"I don't know. But I'm not staying here anymore."

"Why not? Kiran, please don't do this now. Don't put me through this. We're already dealing with enough as it is."

"Roman, get out of my way."

"Kiran, please...don't walk away from all this...you wanna be mad at me? Be mad at me. But don't go...."

I was about to take her bag out of her hand but she stopped it and walked around me. She unlocked the front door and opened it, not looking back once and set foot out the door.
