May as well rename this chapter as "The big-ass chapter." 😂 Enjoy!

Dean and I walked into the arena and headed to his locker room. I hesitantly stepped inside. Roman had his back to us, bent over to lace up his boots on the bench.

"Hey bro, what's good?" Dean dapped him and put his bags down on the floor.

Roman's expression instantly changed when his eyes landed on me and pretended like I didn't exist. He carried on conversing about his drinking last night and how hungover he was this morning.

"Did you see the jugs on that bartender last night? She gave me her number..." He held up a napkin with a number scribbled on it

Dean glared at him in silence.

I fought back tears while looking for my uniform top in my bag until I realized it was in Roman's bag from two days ago. I decided to pass on asking him for it, so I just wore a regular black t-shirt without the 'W' on it. I had my back to him and was fixing my hair in the oversized mirror and caught Ro eyeing me, but then he quickly looked away when I looked directly at him.

"Kiran, I'll just be back, gotta go find a charger for my phone, I'm outta juice." He left before I could even say okay.

There was such an awkward silence in the room. I felt Roman's eyes in my direction again, but I didn't dare look up. I heard him unscrewing what sounded like a glass bottle and slammed it down beside him after downing a few gulps.

"Don't try being a hoe around Dean. He's dealt with them in the past, and he don't need anymore."

Ro blurted out from across as he was slouched back on the bench. I took a quick glance at him and realized he was drinking whiskey....right before a fucking match!! He took another few swigs and was staring dead at me. I wanted him to stop ruining himself like this and possibly risk losing his job. Instead of arguing, I walked over to him and stood there.

"Roman, please just put that away....you can't wrestle if you're piss drunk. Can we please just talk? Give me a chance to explain myself."

"There's n-nothing left to explain. You turned against me just like everyone else in my life. And now, I really don't care what you do or who you fuck. You're a nobody to me, so you sure as hell can't tell me what I can and can't do."

Once again tears started rolling but I kept them off my face. I sat next to Roman silently on the bench with my hands in my lap. "That video was fake Roman." I whispered.

"Yeah, just like you." And he trudged off, trying to keep his balance.

I don't know how I was supposed to get Roman to listen to me at this point. He didn't even want to be in the same room as me. And now I had to worry about his drunk ass getting caught by everyone, especially by the authority. I left the locker room as well and went into catering to find Dean sitting at the back table with his phone plugged into the wall. I went over to him and pulled up a chair next to him.

"Any luck?" He asked.

"Nope. He's drinking himself stupid again in there. I'm starting to think that he's really over me. After all the months we've been together, he wants to throw it all away."
