Alain Sycamore: Alain and Mairin came to the Kanto Region to explore, they meet Yuna and Takato in Viridian City Pokémon Centre, where Team Rocket attacked. They battled against Team Rocket and won, Mairin who just meet Yuna grew to like her quickly and thought she was perfect with her older brother Alain. - Alain is not gathering the Kanto Eight Gym Badges, but don't worry I have an idea for him, he is like a researcher like his Grandpa; Professor Sycamore, he helps out with Mega Evolution. But his grandpa wanted him to experience the world and take Mairin with him. He agreed taking his trusted partner Charizard.

Volkner Denzi: Volkner is 16 years old when he first meets Yuna. Well, Flint wanted to take a break since he has not challengers for a couple of days, he dragged Volkner along the way to Cinnabar Island for the best Hot Springs and tourist.
