Chapter Thirteen: Possessiveness
Klarrize Buentaje’s Point of View
Talong araw na lang at Foundation Week na. Halos tapos na rin kami sa lahat ng mga props na kailangan, maliba sa costumes. Yung booth naman tapos na nila Vance. Yung performance naman namin ni Zoren, ahm.. okay naman, I guess?
"I... I like-" di ko pa natatapos ang linya kong iyon pero nagulat ako ng sumigaw si Vance ng...
"CUT!" literal akong napahinto at tumingin kay Vance. Bakas sa mukha niya ang inis. "Klarrize, dapat kiligin kami sa sinasabi mo para kay Zoren. Dapat, hay... Ayusin mo Klarrize. Ilang take na ito." Napatango na lamang ako ng sinimangutan niya ako. Nahihiya ako.
"Fifteen minutes break!" sigaw niya at saka diretsong ininom ang soda sa harap niya.
Tama kayo, si Vance ang naging director ng aming play. Hindi ko alam kung bakit o paano, basta nagulat na lang ako nang makita ko siya kanina dito sa auditorium. Pagkatapos ng fifteen minutes break na ibinigay niya sa amin kanina, heto kami ngayon at nasa stage na ulit.
"Okay, ready? Start, SCENE THIRTEEN!" Sigaw ni Vance.
"K-Kuronuma..." - Zoren
"I can't stop shaking (whisper)"
"I'm sorry." - Zoren
*shocked*
"I'm sorry for making you cry. I'm sorry for giving you so much trouble. I'm sorry for always saying something without considering your feelings... If there are anything you want to tell, please tell me. I want to hear it no matter what it's about.” Kanina, si Zoren ang pinauulit-ulit niya ang linya. Pero ngayon ako naman.
“My feelings for you will never change." - Zoren
"O-okay." Tugon ko, pero nabaling ang atensyon ko sa biglang pag-alis ni Vance.
"I don't think we mean the same thing. If you’re looking for Yano and Yoshida, they're probably outside." - Zoren
"No, I actually came to see you! I-"
"CUT!! Ano ba naman yan, Klarrize. Hindi mo pa rin ba magagawa ng maayos? Bakit masyado kang stiff sa harap ni Zoren?? Act normal! Hindi ka naman kakainin ni Zoren!" Inis na sabi ni Sydney sa akin. "Take 16- SCENE THIRTEEN!"
"K-Kuronuma..." - Zoren
"I can't stop shaking (whisper)"
"I'm sorry." - Zoren
*shocked*

"Tapos na kami, President!" Nawala ang concentration ko sa sinasabi ko ng makita ko si Vance kasama ang iba pa naming kaklase. The last word of my line became a mere whisper na kahit ako hindi ko alam kung narinig ko ang sinabi ko.
"Can't you knock first before entering???" singhal ni Sydney.
"Oh, bakit high blood ka??" tanong ni Rocco.
