Elmo is a freelance artist while his bestfriend, Julie, is an entrepreneur. The two have been friends since they were kids and have been inseparable since. They love each other as friends. Or atleast that's what the two of them think. One day, Julie told Elmo that she wanted to have a baby via a sperm donor. During her insemination party, Elmo switched the donor's sperms with his own and passes out, remembering nothing the next day. 7 years later, he finally meets Julie's son and notices similarities between them.
