"Grah. Could this day get ANY worse? Am I seriously everyone's arch-nemesis today?" Jesse was frustrated, with Lukas, with Petra, with his sister. He had had enough of managing to antagonise everyone:
Lukas: Tried to stop
Petra: Upsetted
Jesse: Mood worsened
"Ugh. I gotta get home and sort my head out. Something is wrong, and everyone seems to be pointing the finger at me. Grah." No day was far worse than today for our friend, he remained in this grouchy mood until he reached the treehouse, in which he dropped to the ground, curled into a ball in the corner, and remained silent.
Ugh, why must I ruin everyone's day? I'm no monster! I don't wanna hurt anybody, I just wanted everyone to appreciate me. But nooooopity nope nope NOPE! I just had to blab my mouth off, didn't I? *sigh I gotta do something about this or I'll never recover...
Having remained in the same corner for at least an hour, he eventually got up, climbed to the canopy, to breath the cool evening air. It was still quite bright, the sun was still setting above the sky, and the sky was tinted a vividly dark orange. Jesse leaned against the fence and peered in the direction of the forest opening. "Days like then will never leave my mind. But... days like today, these will forever taunt me, and will forever ruin me... my God. My... dear God..." he said while shaking his head in dismay.
Peering in the direction of the sun, which was gradually setting. The Emerald Forest began to stop glimmering, like Jesse's morale going down the drain. "Yeah, I know, nature. I am the fool, and I can never repent. You go ahead and keep dropping me down, and I will be ever shameful for my actions." He eventually gave up, descended to the main room, peered through the other window, noticed the soft glow of his sister's hut die out. "Enough! I've had enough of seeing my failure get rubbed in my face! Enough!" Jesse was enraged that his wrongs are repeatedly tormenting him, and in an attempt to go to sleep, slammed his head against the wall, knocking him out immediately.
Nothing seemed to run right at all. Not for Jesse most of all. Not for anyone in that case.
