Twas the final hour before the clock strikes eleven. We join our two lovely friends Jesse and Petra on their quest to discover the greatest present to offer their boyfriends, in Part 2 of The Right Present!

Petra swung her head left and right, but shook it in despair. "Why did we even decide to go round the mall searching for the ideal gift for our boyfriends, after it has been clearly stripped bare earlier today?" Jesse turned to face her. "I dunno. I suppose it just felt right to search now. The right time just never presented itself..." She was coy of her response, but Petra just smiled in amusement. "Feh. Moment never presented itself."

The girls were also having issues with searching for the ideal present for Jesse and Lukas. How coincidential that we join 4 wandering and naïve 17-year olds on one of the funniest present hunts ever in the history of comedy. A lovestruck Jesse was dreaming of Lukas in a tux for so long, she had literally been trying to walk through a wall. And Petra was trying to shake her up again, but she was constantly being battered by her sloppy words.

I just love how he succumbs when I force him against a wall while my velvet lips do their work against his own.
The touch of his hand is so enticing.
He's so handsome. He's my king and I'm his loyal queen.
To cuddle with him is the one thing I want to do on the harshest winters.
I'm just a naïve wanderer on the world without his loving touch and embrace.

Petra's jaw dropped. She hadn't known Jesse to be so vocal about how she kisses Lukas or how she enjoys holding his hand. Her words significantly discomforted her, but she found them highly ridiculous and also started laughing. When she finished re-focusing a wandering Jesse from thinking about Lukas, they returned to business. Jesse looked ready to give up, and she sat on an oak bench, looking sad and hopeless. "Petra. Is hunting for presents like pigs sniffing out truffles really worth it?"

Petra sat down beside her to try and comfort her. "Come on. We can't just give up. They're our boyfreinds. We need to show them that we care for them. Come on, we gotta keep going. Besides, surely you wouldn't even think about breaking the heart of your dashingly cute boyfriend on the day everyone's supposed to be jolly? He'd feel like you've been lovey-dovey for so long before you forgot about him and stabbed him in the back." Jesse was filled with strength, she got up, and said "You're right. I can't leave this hanging. Come on then! We got a present to find!" Petra loved this newfound strength, and followed behind.

Jesse and Petra were like treasure hunters in the Lost City, searching for the sacred artifact which would be presented on the day. They eventually tired themselves out, before finally stumbling into... the Lost Temple. "Jesse!" an optimistic Petra shook up a drowsy Jesse, 'Mission accomplished!'

Now equipped for the day. Just one question remains in the minds of us, people. Will the gifts be good enough when they are presented on the day? Find out in Part III of The Right Present!
