Chapter 19: Complicated Love- Uncovering the Hard Truth

*Zayn's POV*

"What?!" I cried. "Haley!" I shook her. "Yes Liam?" she mumbled sleepily. "It's me, Zayn. Your boyfriend" I huffed. "Oh hey" she murmured, rubbing her eyes. She looked at me confused. "What's wrong?" she asked. "You just moaned Liam's name and shook your hips" I sputtered. "OH MY GOD I DID?!" she yelled. "Yeah you did!" I spat. "Zayn I'm so so sorry" she apologized. "Forget it! Why did you dream about it huh? Have you two screwed before?!" I roared. I didn't feel bad this time. "No! I swear!" she burst into tears. She deserved it. BS, I know they screwed. "BS! You liar!" I screamed. I left, hearing her call my name after me. I didn't care, she screwed my friend. Or she has feelings for him. I need to talk to Niall. "Niall! I need you" I called, knocking on the door. "What is it?" he asked, letting me in. "Have Liam and Haley...done it before?" I asked awkwardly. "No he comes to me every night to talk about her and she either has school or is with you and her friends the rest of the time" he answered. "Really?" I asked. "Yeah why?" he chuckled. "Haley moaned his name and shook her hips in her sleep" I mumbled. "Oh my god! Does she like him?" he cried. "I don't know. I hope not" I replied. "Me too. Ask her" he told me. "I sorta yelled at her again and left her crying" I whispered, but he heard me. "Well no offense, but stop being stupid. I know you get jealous but if you wanna keep her, stop fighting with her" he advised. "I know. I love her but I just get outta control" I responded. "Don't kill me too but you guys HAVE been fighting a lot. Maybe it isn't working" he informed. "Yeah that's true" I admitted. "But I'm not saying it isn't. You guys do love each other and relationships aren't always easy at first. Maybe you just have a hard spot in your relationship that you need to get over" he explained. "You're right Niall. How did you get so smart?" I laughed. "I seem to be fixing a lot lately" he chuckled. "Well thanks. I'm gonna go talk to her" I patted him on the back and left.

How could he just yell at me like that and not even let me explain? I admit I have a tiny bit of feelings for Liam but I love Zayn. Ugh, to be honest, I don't even know my feelings for them anymore. I think maybe me and Zayn kind of rushed our relationship. I don't think I really love him. I'm not in love with him yet. I just have strong feelings for him. And...a bit for Liam. Ugh, I need Danyelle. "Dany!" I called. "Yeah. Oh no, what happened?" she asked, hugging me tight. "We fought again cause I had a dream about Liam and I having sex and he took it the wrong way" I explained sadly. "I'm sorry. Do you like Liam?" she asked. "I don't really know. Maybe a little a bit. I'm not sure. I also think we rushed our relationship. I only have strong feelings for Zayn, not love" I confessed. "Well maybe you need to separate for a little bit to figure out your feelings" she suggested. "Yeah I think that's best. Thanks. You're always there" I hugged her, wiping my eyes. "You're welcome. It's what I'm here for" she smiled. We heard a knock and I quickly readied myself before answering. "Hi Zayn" I greeted. Taken by surprise, he kissed me hard on the mouth. I felt sparks as he deepened it. "I'm sorry for all the yelling and fighting. I love you" he apologized. He's making this so hard. "Listen I don't think I love you. I'm sorry. I have really strong feelings for you but I'm not sure if I love you. I'm not breaking up with you, so don't cheat but I need a small break so I can figure out my feelings" I told him. "I understand. We did kinda rush it. I will never cheat on you. I respect your decision" he sighed sadly. "Thanks you're the best. I'm really sorry" I apologized. "It's okay and you're welcome. Thanks" he smiled small. "Of course. I'll call you when I know" I informed him. "Thanks" he stated. "You're welcome" I replied. I kissed him lovingly before we parted ways. Now it's thinking time.
