Chapter 53: Complicated Love- Forgive Me
*Zayn's POV*
After cleaning up all the food, I went upstairs to apologize to Haley. I really pray that she forgives me. "Hi" I call softly, walking into the room. "Hey" she replies, sitting up on the bed. "I don't even know how to start so I'll say what I've been thinking and see how it goes" I tell her. She nods, allowing me to begin. "I'm really sorry for yelling at you and freaking out. I was just so surprised and heartbroken and I had no idea how to handle it so I just flipped out on you. I feel incredibly bed for doing that and I pray that you can find it in you to forgive me because you're the best thing that's ever happened to me and I couldn't bear losing you" I explain. She teared up and hugged me tightly, laying her head on my chest. "That's the sweetest thing I've ever heard" she mumbles into my chest. I blush and smile, rubbing my hands up and down her back. "I forgive you Zayn. Thank you for saying those sweet things" she smiles, looking into my eyes and kissing me passionately. "You're welcome baby" I coo, snuggling her on my lap. "What'd you do with the baby?" she asks giggling. "I put him in his crib; don't worry" I laugh. "I know you'll be a great dad Zayn. It takes a while to learn for everybody but I know you'll get the hang of it and you'll be amazing" she answers sweetly. "Thanks darling" I peck her lips. "You're welcome" she grins. She lays her head on my chest and yawns. "You tired?" I ask even though she obviously is. "Yeah" she nods. "Here" I coo softly, laying down with her in my arms. I pull covers over her and in seconds, she's asleep.
