Chapter 26: Complicated Love- Pregnant?!
*Zayn's POV*
"....positive" I gasped. She looked as if she just broke when she heard that. Her face said it all. "W-what?" she whispered, tears forming in her gorgeous eyes. "You're pregnant baby" I answered. "No" she choked out barely above a whisper. She threw her arms around me as she sobbed into my chest. I set down the test and wrapped my arms around her. My heart shattered. She obviously didn't want to have a baby. Nevertheless, I understand why. She's only 19, she'll have to drop out of college and I have to quit my job. However, I'm willing to risk all that for her. Keeping her in my arms, I sat down on the couch as she cried harder. "Haley it's okay" I cooed. "How is it okay?!" she cried. "Look at me" I told her. She looked at me with bloodshot eyes. "I don't care if I have to quit my job. You're worth it. In fact, you are the only reason I kept it" I confessed. "Really?" she asked. "Yeah. I'll have Harry hook me up with a job. And since you'll have to drop out of college, you can take it online" I answered. "That's true" she nodded. "I know you're only 19, but are you ready?" I inquired. "Well yes but what about when we have the baby, where will we live?" she questioned. "We can get a flat together. Maybe Dany will help. I know the boys will" I replied. "Yeah! Thanks Zayn. Sorry I broke down" she apologized. "You're welcome. You had every right to. So you're happy about this?" I smiled. "Of course I'm scared but I am" she smiled back. "Good. Wanna tell Dany and the boys?" I grinned. "Yes!" she giggled, pulling her phone out of her pocket. "Hey Haley" she greeted. "Hey Dany. Uh me and Zayn have a little news. Can you come over to Zayn's? I'll text you the address?" she asked. "Sure be there soon" Dany chirped. Haley hung up. "I'll call the boys" I volunteered. She said okay and I told the boys the same thing. They all came after 30 minutes and we sat them all down. "What's the big news?" they yelled. I looked at Haley and she nodded. "There's no easy way to say this but um Haley's uh....she's uh" "It's okay Zayn. Spit it out" Niall smiled sympathetically. "Um, Haley's p-pregnant"
