Why dont you talk to me? (Carl x shy reader)

-Carl's pov-
My days been pretty decent for the most part. I mean I tried talking to (y/n), but from what I realized she only talks to Glenn, Carol, Daryl, Hershel, Maggie, and Beth. That's only people she'll talk to a lot. She'll talk to my dad and she'll take care of Judith, but she won't talk to me. I'm the only the others, but not me. I wonder did I do something wrong to make her hate me. I walked over to (Y/n) and asked her "Why do you talk to everyone else, but not me?!" She shrunk down into her seat and Glenn chuckled. He then said "Carl (y/n)'s really shy, she only talks to the people she's known her entire life. I was really close with her parents so when this all broke out I took her with me. Her parents were one of the first walkers. Before Shane brought you and Lori came she got used to everyone else. Then you came (y/n) told me that she was to shy to even reply to a comment to you." (Y/n) then said "Yeah... I umm I'm r-really shy and n-nervous around new p-people. I w-wanted to t-talk to you b-but you were h-hanging with S-S-Sophia." Glenn then finished by saying "(y/n) was really close to Sophia, closer to her than her own parents were with her. When (y/n) saw Sophia come out of the barn dead. She immediately ran to her tent and cried. She didn't eat or talk to any of us, that was until she I went to check on her, forcing her to talk to me again. She's been making decent progress since that day." He then got up and said "I'll be back you two talk." (Y/n) smirked and said "Finally I can tell you something G-Glenn doesn't know." I looked at her in confusion and asked her "Which is?" She smiled and said "Another reason I didn't talk t-to you was because I really like you." Her cheeks now tinted pink, I smirked and said "That's a good thing cause I like you too." Then I kissed her. Let's just say Glenn walked in at that moment and screamed "(y/n) and Carl are kissing!"
