Corin woke up on the day of her discharge ready to go. As her eyes fluttered open she felt something in her hand. A box. She turned and looked at her hand, a smiling Kelly watching her. There was what looked like a ring box in Corin's hand.

"Kelly, what is this?"

Kelly, grinning, got down on one knee and opened the box. It revealed a beautiful diamond ring with a line of red stones. She felt tears starting to trickle down her cheeks as Kelly began to speak.

"Corin, when I proposed to you we had so much happening that I couldn't afford to get you the beautiful ring you deserve. So now I give you this ring, the ring you deserve. And with this ring, I ask you if you'll marry me, again," grinned a happy Kelly.

"Of course I will," cooed Corin.

Kelly stood up and kissed her.  When he finally pulled away, he slid the ring on her finger. Then Dr. Rhodes walked in with a few papers in his hands.

"Sorry to interrupt but I have Corin's discharge papers. And I have Skylar asleep in the break room, waiting to see you," informed Rhodes.

"You're not interrupting. I'll go get Skye. Why don't you sign the discharge papers beautiful?" asked Kelly.

"Sure," grinned Corin as Kelly left the room.

Connor stood in the room, ready to take the discharge papers back.

"Hey Connor. Thanks again for everything. I don't know what I would do without you constantly saving me," thanked Corin.

"Of course, but it's my job," responded Rhodes before taking the papers and leaving.

Kelly walked back in, holding a sleeping Skylar in his arms. He laid her on the couch then stood by Corin's bed. He stood next to her, smiling.

"So I got permission from Rhodes to leave now. We're gonna drop sleeping beauty off at home with the others. Jay's been staying there when the kids need him. He's gonna stay for a bit while I take you somewhere."

"Kelly. What have you planned?"

"You'll see."

Kelly tossed her an extra pair of clothes with a grin on his face. He then picked up Skye, carrying her to the car. Once she was buckled in the backseat Kelly climbed in the driver's seat and pulled up to the hospital entrance. Dr. Rhodes came out of the doors, pushing Corin in a wheel chair. She stood up and walked to the passenger seat. Connor waved as they drove away, finally heading home. Once they got there Jay walked outside meeting Kelly half way. Kelly handed off Skylar to Jay, then informed him.

"She's out like a light. She was staying up all night waiting for Corin to wake up. Now she's out cold. Thanks for doing this Jay," stated Kelly with a straight look on his face.

"Of course Jay. I'd do anything for your family," smiled Jay.

Kelly nodded and opened the door for Jay. Kelly walked back to the car as Jay kicked the door shut behind him. Kelly climbed in the car now smiling at Corin.

"Where are we going?" asked Corin curiously, just wanting to get back to normal.

"You'll see," teased Kelly.

He drove and drove till he finally reached his destination. Corin grinned when she saw where they were, Navy Pier.

"Oh Kelly. It's so beautiful. But why are we here?" asked Corin, taking it all in.

"This is the spot where were renewing our vows. If you want to I mean," grinned Kelly.

"I love you Kelly Severide. You're the man of my dreams."

"I love you to Corin Halstead Severide."

A few blocks away Sylvie was sitting in the bathroom staring. Her and Antonio were finally fully moved in together. Sylvie heard the front door open, then heard Antonio's keys bang against the table.

"Babe? You home?" called Antonio, knowing the kids were at a friend's house.

Sylvie wiped her tears and went out to face Antonio. She opened the bathroom door to see Antonio standing there, about to open the door. He could tell by the look on her face that something was wrong.

"Hey babe. What's wrong?" questioned Antonio.

That's when she lost it. She started to cry again, so Antonio pulled her to him. He hushed her and waited until she finally stopped crying.

"Sylvie. What's wrong babe?" asked Antonio, concerned.

"Antonio, please promise me you won't leave me," pleased Sylvie.

"Sylvie what-"

"Just... promise me."

"I promise you I'm not going anywhere. I love you and I love the kids. So I'm not leaving Sylvie."

"Antonio I'm pregnant."

He froze right where he was. Sylvie stood there, anxiously waiting for his response. Finally after minutes of quiet she decided she had to speak.

"Antonio say something!" she growled.

"We're gonna have a baby," he stated.

"Yes. Unless you don't want to then-"

"No. We're having a baby Sylvie. If you want to."

"I do. I mean I think I do. I just didn't think I could have anymore kids. I mean it's not like I'm in my early thirties anymore."

"Well I guess that means we need to be more careful."

Sylvie grinned pecked Antonio on the lips. She turned back into the bathroom and threw away the three pregnancy tests. Then she walked back over to Antonio, he wrapped his arm around her pulling her close.

"You think we'd be having a baby on our early forties?" questioned a smiling Sylvie.

"Not a chance in hell."

Miles away Kim collapsed into her bed, exhausted. Adam was working an undercover job and so far has been gone for a month.  Between the kids and work, Kim was worn out. She decided to check on the kids. She walked upstairs to see Juliana I get room typing away on her laptop while Jonathan and Danny played video games in there room. She walked to the last room down the hall and slowly pushed the door open. Katie was flipping through a photo album with pictures her and Sean. Kim felt a sadness as she entered the room. She walked over to the bed and sat down on the edge.

"You okay Katie?" asked Kim as she rubbed Katie's back.

"Yeah I just miss him. I know it's January and cold outside but you think we could go visit his grave tomorrow?"

"Of course sweetie. Your daddy loved you, I know that for sure. I know you miss him but he's watching over you."

"Hey I know. It's just hard sometimes. Some days I get really sad and somedays I'm fine. I just wish he was here."

"I know, me too."
