Sylvie sat in the fire house kitchen, sipping her coffee. A look off pure exhausted appeared on her face. Capp walked into the room, scanning through everybody.
"Sylvie! There's a brunette woman looking for you in the hallway," stated Capp before disappearing again.
Sylvie sighed as she stood up and headed down the hallway. She stopped dead in her tracks when she saw Laura standing there, arms crossed.
"Laura... what are you doing here?" asked Sylvie, confused.
"How dare you! You got my daughter killed you little whore," yelled Laura, clearly angry.
"Eva died in the line of duty. None of us could have stopped her. And at least I loved Eva, you didn't. Now get the hell out!" cried Sylvie, frustrated.
"Your gonna pay for this."
With that Laura left, walking off to the parking lot. Sylvie decided to take a few hits at the punching bag to calm her down. As Laura was heading to her car she saw Corin climb out of her own car.
"You're Antonio's partner, the one who tried to seduce him," spat Laura, now heading towards Corin.
"Look it's the supposed to be mother," insulted Corin, "And I'm just Antonio's partner. Not that it concerns you."
"You here to see that little slutty friend of yours?"
"If I wanted to see a whore I'd just look at your Facebook page. Now go back to where you belong."
"Right after I go speak to Antonio," replied Laura as she headed back towards her car.
"No way," growled Corin as she blocked Laura from the car, "Not a chance in hell."
"Like your gonna stop me," scoffed Laura.
"Watch me."
Laura swung at Corin, but she ducked, letting Laura punch the window of the car. Corin pushed her backwards, slipping out of the place she was wedged in. Laura slapped her in the face, but Corin was stronger. She punched Laura in center of her face, causing her hit the ground. Blood ran from her nose as Corin stood over her. In that moment, everyone from 51 came out into the parking lot.
"You stay the hell away from me! And if you ever go near Antonio, Diego, or Nick's family... I will end you. You got that?" growled Corin from above.
Laura nodded before Corin looked down and spat at her. Corin stood still as Laura slowly got up, got in her car, and drove away. Kelly walked over to Corin, checking to make sure she was okay. A few seconds later, Gabby and Sylvie appeared at his side.
"What the hell was that?" asked Kelly, confused.
"No one takes a swing at me and gets away with it," stated Corin, dead serious.
"Thank you," muttered Sylvie, smiling.
"Tonio would be proud," joked Gabby, knowing it was true.
"My wife, the badass," grinned Kelly as he wrapped an arm around her waist.

Later that night, Corin walked in the front door, exhausted. She saw Skylar sitting on the couch with Luna asleep in her arms. Next to her sat Carson, who had his arm draped over his girlfriend's shoulders. Corin said hello to them before heading into the kitchen. When she walked in she saw Nick, Kelly, and Antonio sitting around talking.
"So I heard you knocked out my ex-wife today," teased Antonio with a grin. It was so nice to see him smiling again.
"Okay I didn't knock her out. Technically she never fell unconsious," rebuttaled Corin as she grabbed a beer from the fridge.
"No, you just broke her nose and gave her a blackeye," chuckled Kelly, popping a chip in his mouth.
"She deserved it! That woman's a bitch," stated Corin before taking a sip of her beer.
"I'm not saying she isn't. I personally think it's awesome," replied Antonio.
"That woman is a real nightmare. I'm glad Eva never made me meet her," admitted Nick, sipping his beer. Just like that the room fell silent.
"I'm gonna head home. Isabella hasn't been sleeping well lately. Night guys. Oh and thanks again Corin," slightly smiled Antonio.
"Anytime," grinned Corin, watching him leave.
"I'm gonna head to bed. My sister is flying in from New York tomorrow morning and I gotta go pick her up," explained Nick.
Nick fled to his bedroom just as Belle came running down the stairs. Corin smiled at her little girl, picking her up for a hug. Kelly couldn't help but smiled at the two of them.
"Mommy I have a question," stated Belle in her cute little voice.
"What's up princess?" asked Corin in her childlike voice.
"Can you and daddy tuck me in tonight?"
"Of course sweetie. Go brush your teeth and put on your pjs. We'll be right up."
"Yay!" cried Belle as she ran up the stairs.
"How are the kids?" asked Corin, wrapping her arms around Kelly's neck as he slid her arms around her waist.
"Good. Alex got picked up by Owen for football camp, so he won't be home for a week. Cassandra is spending the night at Casey's again. Her and Brooke are actually getting really close. Oh and Kristen is upstairs drawing I believe. I assume you saw what Skylar is doing," smiled Kelly, being a smartass.
"I did. Her and Carson are cute together. I know I've said it before, but that boy is good for her."
"He is and don't get me wrong, I like him. But high school relationships never last."
"I don't know. If anyone can do it it's those two."
A few miles away Juliana sat on the couch, pregnant as could be. She was due in less then a week and Daniel was no where to be seen. She couldn't believe he had just ditched her like that. Juliana pushed herself off the couch and heading towards the kitchen. Kim and Adam have been supportive of their daughter, but all Adam wanted to do was kill Daniel for hurting his little girl. Adam stood in the kitchen, nursing a beer.
"Hey baby girl. You hungry?" asked Adam, setting down his beer.
"No. I just needed some water, but of course now that I've finally waddled into the kitchen, I have to pee," huffed Juliana before turning around and heading towards the bathroom.
"Just think sweetie. Soon your little boy will be here and you'll be a mom."
"Yeah. I just hope I'll be a good one. Especially since I'll be playing mom and dad."
Adam couldn't help but feel bad for her. He knew that if he ever saw Daniel, that he'd kill him. He's not gonna let anyone hurt his little girl, ever.
