His Friend / Ron

📝NOTE: I've never written a Ron one but this was specially for CookieMonster2704 because she loves Ron ( and Rupert ) but he's not really my fav ( I love Rupert, and Ron as a character but just have a more brotherly interest in him than a romantic one, but I did my best although it might seem a little off-point ). I apologise for those who love Ron and might not find this the best, but I promise I'll try doing one soon and will hopefully improve with time! Love to all ❤

"Ron?" Maegan called out for her best friend, who had asked for her to meet up with him in the courtyard. This, of course, hadn't been quite fair because it was freezing and he had a tendency of showing up late often.

Hurried footsteps sounded behind her and she turned, only to find Ron with a flushed face and his robes unfastened. "Sorry. Snape gave us a load of homework." He said, and Maegan laughed. "Was Ron Weasley in the library, studying?" She teased, and he rolled his eyes though he still laughed.

"No, I wasn't." He said as they made their way towards Hermione and Harry. "I was in the common room, tryin' to finish my homework in a rush. Ready for Hogsmeade?"

"Definitely." Maegan grinned, greeting Harry and Hermione when they reached them. "Hey Harry. Hey Hermione." She smiled as they greeted her back, before they set off towards the carriages which took them to Hogsmeade.

Once there, they briefly spoke about where they'd go first until they decided on the bookshop, because Harry and Ron said that was the most boring shop in the whole of Hogsmeade. Though Hermione and Maegan begged to differ, they allowed the boys the satisfaction and the four of them made their way there.

"How long d'you reckon they'll take?" Ron said quietly to Harry, yet Maegan could still hear them and she shook her head with a smile on her face. "An hour?" Harry exaggerated, causing Ron to snort.

"At most twenty minutes." Maegan teased, smirking at them as Ron's ears went pink at the tips. She giggled as she and Hermione walked in, browsing through the dozen of shelves that held hundreds of books. They both eventually ended up buying three books each, and met Harry and Ron at the doors.

"Zonko's next?" Harry suggested, and Ron and Maegan nodded. "Yes, mate! Zonko's is brilliant." Ron exclaimed with a bright smile and they all agreed. Hermione a bit less due to her new status as prefect, and though Ron was too, he didn't abide by the rules as much as Hermione did, much to her dismay.

"Doesn't beat Fred and George's shop though." Maegan argued on their way there, wrapping her scarf around her neck. "I agree." Harry said, and Ron shrugged. "It might not, but they wouldn't even give me a discount, those twats. I am their brother after all!"

Maegan laughed, looking at Ron with a glint of mischief in her eyes. "They gave me a discount." She was just teasing him, something Fred and George had asked her to do for them. She had gladly accepted, because she loved seeing Ron's ears go dark red as he stammered and tripped over his words.

It made him even more adorable than he already was, she had reasoned a while back. "Really?" Ron's mouth dropped. "Those bloody fools."

"Ron!" Hermione exclaimed, appointing his foul use of language and he sighed. "Sorry, 'Mione."

"Here we are." Harry said when they walked into Zonko's, all four of them immediately separating to go and look for items that interested them.
