Ch. 18: Team Phi

Fawn stood outside of the house. She kept watching he clock on her wrist and tapping her foot. Being the impatient person she is. Her hair was long and blue, her eyes Lilac. Her shirt, pants, and cloak were all black. Her symbol was a crescent moon.

Lucas came out stretching. He brushed his hand through his messy green hair, and his blue eyes blinked as he yawned. He had on a neon green shirt, baggy purple pants, and a purple vest. His symbol was two swords crossing."Why do we have to be up so early?" He asked.

"Simple." Dustyn said walking out. "Fawn's ability allows her to gain the peak of her power in moonlight. If we go at night then she will be stronger." Dustyn had neat brown hair, and light brown eyes. He had on a black dress shirt, a pair of black dress pant, and a brown buttoned up vest. His symbol was a tornado figure.

"But it's so early..."

"Well maybe you shouldn't have stayed up late." Dustyn crossed his arms.

Lucas sighed.

Sasha came out after that. Her hair was hot pink ,long, and curled at the ends. She wore a pink T-shirt and magenta skinny jeans. Her symbol was an explosion.

The last one to come was Alex. She had long black hair with blue tips. She wore a dark blue shirt with her symbol, a gear, on the front. She wore a metal back pack.

They began to walk down the trail

"Wow! My hand is so cold! If only there was a way to warm it up!" Lucas yelled looking at Dustyn.

"You have pockets." He said calmly and kept walking.

Lucas quietly groaned.

Fawn stopped and put her hand to her ear.

"What is it?" Lucas asked reaching for his swords.

Before he could grab them, bandits jumped from the trees and bushes, but they weren't Black Lance members. Black Hat members pointed rifles at them.

"Uh... what's the Black Hat doing here?" Sasha asked.

"Don't know." Fawn said pulling out her machete.

"Have they been here all night?" Alex asked.

"I don't know!" Fawn yelled.

Lucas pulled out his duel swords. Dustyn pulled out his sword, but turned it in to its rifle form. Sasha pulled out her katana, and a little feather poked out the end. The pack on Alex's back opened up as four mechanical arms came out. Two of them elevated her off of the ground.

Lucas knelt to the floor and jumped explosively in to the air. He came down hard, and slammed in to a group of enemies. He did a spin and attacked them from all sides. He had the biggest grin on his face. He loved fighting.

Dustyn fired a few shots at some enemies. He then lunged forward at them transforming his weapon to its sword form. He tripped one and stabbed through him hitting the heart. He then sliced one person in the legs. Hitting the knees perfectly. Then stabbed then guy in the head. His face was casual, and not showing expression.

Sasha smiled as she leaped back on to a tree jumping off of it. She thrusted forward and sliced a guy in half. She slammed the sword down ones head splitting him in half. She dodged a few bullets and leaped behind a tree. The enemies ran to the tree, and pointed their guns at it. They didn't find Sasha. Sasha leaped down from the tree, and kicked a guy to the ground. She sliced two in half with one slash.

Alex went to a group of three. The rest of the bag folded around her body. They tried shooting her but the bullets had no effect. She crushed on, kicked one to the moon, and threw the last through a few trees.

Fawn gritted her teeth. Her fists clenched. The moon came out from behind a cloud. Moonlight appeared around her. Her hair and eyes turned blood red. She lunged forward leaving the ground she was lept off of cracked to pieces. She sliced a few in half, and punched another through the gut. She lunged at another. The moon disappeared behind a cloud. Her eyes widened as her hair and eyes went back to their natural color. She gasped as she lost her footing. The man put up his fist and punched her to the ground. The ground broke around her. She flashed yellow.

A man pulled out a RPG and pointed it at Dustyn. Dustyn looked at the man as he pulled the trigger.

"Dustyn!" Lucas yelled and pushed him out of the way taking the blast. Lucas was sent flying. He flashed yellow.

Dustyn's eyes widened. "Lucas's soul shield is down!" He yelled.

Sasha kicked the guy that was about to kill Fawn, and sliced his head off. "So is Fawn's!"

Alex looked back and lunged towards Fawn and Sasha picking them up. Then lunging towards Dustyn and Lucas picking them up.

"Hey! We aren't done!" Sasha yelled.

"We can't take on that many men with just the three of us!" She yelled running off.

"How did we do sir?" Asked a goon.

"Perfect." Said a man with dark blue eyes and brown hair. "Nobody is getting past this area."
