'Keep Out'

The sound of the car door slamming shut woke me from my sleep. I sit up from the seat and climb out. Jade rushes over to help me and cracks a joke about how this has ruined frats and sororities for her. Thankfully Ms.Willings is already asleep and when I look at the time it's almost 2 in the morning. I take a shower scrubbing the dirty or what feels like dirty off of my body. I head to the guest bed room which for tonight is my room and get changed into my night clothes. As soon as I climb into the bed I hear a clash of thunder causing me to jump.My phone vibrates in my bag and I go to retrieve it. It was a text from my cousin. She was bashing all men because of something that happen to her best friends little sister. I found it completely irrelevant.

The sound of the rain was soothing and I began to fall asleep when a drop of water hit my arm. My eyes shot open at the feeling. Great their's a fucking leak in the roof. I grab my pillow and head down the hall to Jades room.Hopefully she's still awake. I heard 'A Match Into Water by Peirce the Veil'. I follow the noise to a room with band posters and a sign on the door that read "keep out".

I open the door just a little more and I see a shirtless Jay turning around from taping a Falling in Reverse poster on the blue wall. When his eyes fall on me he tenses up and turns down his music.

"Why are you still up?" he speaks and he should really put a shirt on so I can consintrate.

"I-I was...There's a leak in the guest bedroom and I was just looking for Jade's room" I say nervously. God he should really put a fucking shirt on.

"You're not going to get in there, she's asleep by now and she always locks the door" he grins and turns his music back up. I groan and head for Jade's room anyway, sure enough the door was locked. I ball my fist about to bang in the door when I have a flashback of the last time I tried to wake Jade and decide to let her sleep. I head back to the guest room and grab the comforter. To my furry it's soked from the leak in the roof so sleeping down stairs wasn't an option.

Fucking fabulous.

I slowy walk back to Jay's room and hesitantly knocked on the door. He turns around and my annoyance grow when I see he still has no shirt on."Can I help you" he smirks and I glare at him.

"Jades door was locked" I say twirling my thumbs.

"And....." he eggs on ,motioning for me to continue.

"And the bed covers were wet so I can't sleep down stairs" I grit squeezing the pillow in my hands.

"I still don't see what that has to do with me" he smiles and crosses his arms making his muscle flex.

I can tell he is enjoying every bit of this.

"You're really going to make me ask" I wine and he knods his head with that smile still on his his face.

"Fine" I sigh deeply," Can I sleep in here for the night" I glare up at him and he chuckles opening the door. I walk in looking at all the posters.

He's got good taste. I choose to ignore the damsel in distress in the back of my mind telling me that I should thank him. Instead I sit down up against the wall across from his bed and listen to his music. Suddently I'm no longer sleepy when the song 'Love like War by All Time Low ft. Vic Fuentes' comes on.

Now it's 3 in the morning and I have no idea why I'm not tired. Jay is still putting up posters and by the looks of it he plans on covering the paint on the wall completely.

"Why didn't you just call the police.....when they took me" I blurt out if nowhere.

"Because by the time they would have came it would have been too late" he answers not bothering to look at me," Plus cops at a frat party,not good"
