(Emmett's POV)

Rose and I arrived around midnight. Normally I would be happy that it's officially saturday but we have to meet with the Volturi in two hours. It was a little stressful. I don't know how Carlisle can come before them all calm and shit. "Rose. Help me out here."

"Jasper. Can you please?" He understood what she meant. "Alice, have you been able to see anything?" She was getting really frustrated with Alice's visions. They have been really blurry lately.

"Just that Felix and Demetri will bring us in. Jane and Alec have packed bags near them. Someone is behind the brothers giving them signaled orders. The packed bags are black and red. I can't see much else."

"Based on how Aro looked in her visions, he isn't ready to give us what he is giving us. None of the Volturi, Volturi wives, or the Volturi guard are ready to let it go. I just wanna know what the bags are for."

While we tried to determine the reason behind Aro's decision, time ticked by too fast. "Look guys. Lets just drop it for now. We have twenty minutes to get to our appointment." We ran. Me and Rose were up front, Alice and Jasper in the center, Edward in the back. When we got there, just as Alice saw, Felix and Demetri were waiting for us at the entrance. They led us down some stairs and I pretty much zoned out the rest of the walk. When we walked into the thrown room, all five of us gasped at what we heard. A single, slow, heartbeat.

(Lily's POV)

Five of the Cullen clan stood frozen in the room. I knew they could hear it. They all could hear my strange little heart. I poked Aro telling him to get this over with. "Welcome. As you know, we have something precious to give you. This must remain a secret until we are ready to inform the rest of the vampire world."

"Of course." Emmett sounded scary. When Aro looked at Marcus, I pulled on his robe twice and he nodded his head twice at Aro. Aro spoke again.

"May I introduce your new member, Princess Lily Volturi." I stepped out. I left my hair pink today. I was wearing a black and white baby doll dress with white tights and black baby doll shoes. Everyone gasped again.

"Okay. I know I'm pretty but come on people." Aro gave me that look that said remember your training. Rosalie was happy that her family will get the chance to take care of a child while everyone else but Edward were in shock. I straightened up and spoke again. "Good morning. I am Princess Lily as Aro has told you. I will be living with you until either I wanna leave early or I turn eighteen. When I turn eighteen, I will return to Volterra to receive my crown as queen." As I looked around, my eyes fell on Edward. I looked at Aro and he nodded. I looked back at Edward and smiled. He smiled at me and held out his arms for me. I ran into them. He hugged me and I hugged him. Marcus cleared his throat. I glared at him.

"You must watch her carefully. She can cause a bunch of trouble. She is very powerful. She is also very young. She may look five but she is only three. Mind her age. She is wise beyond her years."

"Great grandpa Marcus. Hush. You're embarrassing me." I whined a lot because of him. He finds it cute. I just hid in Edwards neck. Finally, a Cullen spoke.

"She is what you wanted to give us? I get that she is important and needs to be kept a secret but why us?" Emmett was right to be worried. I am a trouble maker. Caius answered this time.

"Because she chose you. We gave her the choice to make the decision. She has thought this out long and hard. Don't make her, or us, regret this decision. She drinks only human blood. Animal blood makes her terribly sick. We need a health report every month. She needs to eat food but mostly meats. She hates vegetables but raw sugar snap peas and cream corn is okay. Never give her peanut butter. And always no matter what, have butter bread and strawberry jam. If not, prepare to lose a few limbs. We have first hand knowledge. Use it. Guard her well." They all nodded. They understood what they had to do. Plus they don't want to lose any limbs. All the Cullen's looked at me and I smiled and waved at them all.
