Rachel's POV:
"Rachel," a whisper spoke.

"Hmm..." I groaned in my sleep.

"Rachel come on," a familiar voice whispered again.

I opened my eyes to find Daniel hovering over me.

"Where am I?" I asked.

"At the loft," Daniel responded, "come on we have to go. Jacqueline's already in the car."

"Why?" I groaned as I began to get out of bed.

I began to drift off as I felt a pair of arms lift me from the surface I was laying on. My head began to pound more and more as the sounds of footsteps going down the stairs grew louder.

I opened my eyes to find myself in my room.

"How in the world did I get here?" I asked myself.

Over to my left I noticed a glass of some sort of beverage. I grabbed the glass in one hand and the sticky note under it with the other. Drink this for the hangover you're most likely to have. Assuming the concern, this note must be from Ethan.

I studied the strange dull green beverage. I recognized it from the countless times I walked into Ethan's room after he'd been out all night. I would constantly ask if I could try the beverage only to be thrown out of the room.

I brought the cup to my lips, hesitating to take a sip as the scent hit my nose. I cringed at the reeking scent as I chugged it down. It tasted bitter and left a sour taste in my mouth.

"That has to be the worst thing I've ever tasted," I gagged to myself.

I reached over on the nightstand to grab my phone.

"What the hell," I shouted lowly as I realized it wasn't there.

I checked my dresser top, my pockets, anywhere that I could.

"Oh my god mom and dad are going to kill me," I began to tug at my hair.

I had a habit of losing my phone last year. I would leave it on random surfaces and forget about it. I lost more phones than I can count and my parents grew sick of it, so they came up this idea to set up my phone plan where if I lost this last phone, I would never get a new one until I could pay for it. Luckily, my parents rarely ever call so I don't have to worry about that being an issue.

I checked the clock on my nightstand. 7:21 AM.

"I should probably get dressed," I told myself, "Can't miss another day."

I walked over to my closet and grabbed a pair of regular skinny jeans and a black Green Day t-shirt I had stolen from Logan a number of months ago.

"I better get going," I told myself as I checked the clock once more.

I began to make my way out of my house after grabbing a banana from the fruit bowl on the central island. I walked to school, making it to the building 5 minutes before first period was going to start, giving me just enough time to go to my locker and run to class.

To no surprise of mine Kaiden, Jacqueline, nor Daniel arrived to any classes today. I wish I could've done the same. The day went by dreadfully as I attempted my best to look the least bit hungover.

"Miss James, are you with us?" Mr. Polener turned the entire class's attention to me.

"Y-yes," I stuttered as I felt the thousands of eyes on me.
