Kaiden's POV:
"I need you," Stephanie cried out."To what? Watch you fuck some other guy?" I glared at the naked stranger in Stephanie's bed.
"It's not what you think," Stephanie shouted in tears.
"Oh, so you weren't just doing some dude then?" I laughed hysterically.
"Kaiden please," she cried.
I stormed towards her and grabbed her by the neck, pinning her against the wall. She grasped for air as I held my grip tightly.
"You're lucky I'm forced to be your husband, because if I wasn't you better believe you wouldn't be alive right now," I growled.
I tossed her to the side as I stormed out of the room. Faint coughing was heard from her bedroom and muffled crying. I walked out of her house and stormed to my car.
I aggressively started my car and drove off. I stopped by the safe house and grabbed a bottle of whiskey while no one was looking. I returned to my car and drove off back to my house.
_______________________________Anthony was forcing me to actually show up to school today. It's been a while since I've actually set foot in the building. I grabbed my bookbag that I had tossed on the floor the last time I used it. I grabbed my phone and shoved it into my pocket.
I tossed my bookbag into the passenger seat of my car and got into the driver's seat. I drove to my school and parked in the parking lot. The parking lot was full of cars. I checked the time. I was already late.
I grabbed my bookbag from the seat and locked my car after I got out. I walked into the school and straight to my first period, not bothering to go to my locker.
"It's not like I use any of the books anyways," I laughed.
I entered the classroom. Mrs. Zetterstrum stared at me as I shut the door behind me.
"Nice of you to join us Mr. Gray," she spoke sarcastically.
"Glad to bless you all with my presence," I replied cockily.
"Just take your seat," Mrs. Zetterstrum rolled her eyes as she went back to writing on the board.
I did as I was told and sat down. The two girls behind me were giggling none stop.
"He sure did bless us," one giggled.
"Oh my god stop, he has a girlfriend," the other giggled.
I turned around and faced them with an eyebrow raised.
"Can I help you ladies?"
One stared back at me, biting her lip seductively.
"Sorry."
I turned around and stared at the door blankly, not even bothering to act like I was paying attention. About half an hour passed before the bell rang. As soon as it did, I noticed something. Where's Rachel?
I walked out of the classroom and made a left turn. As I walked down the hall, I noticed Jacqueline walking in the opposite direction with her head down. I settled to the side, stepping in her way.
"Oh, sorry," she mumbled as she ran into me, staring.
"Where's Rachel?" I asked straight to the point.
"I um..." Jacqueline muttered, scratching her arm nervously.
"Where's. Rachel." I repeated.
"I-I don't know," she shook her head.
