Miyuji Shan x Budo Masuta:
Budo smiled as he heard the music coming from the light music club next door. They always played good music that he liked to listen to as he trained his club in proper martial arts technique. He could hear the faint sound of an acoustic guitar that he knew was being played by Miyuji, the light music club leader. He smiled as he listened to it. He loved listening to her play more than the others. That was because he had developed feelings for her. He felt like he couldn't confess to her though. He was too nervous and scared of being rejected, especially after last time he had a crush. She had rejected him after he beat her once in a martial arts match. She had moved schools and cut all ties with everyone in Akademi high school. All because of him. That wouldn't happen this time. He wouldn't let it happen. He would confess to her one day, but that didn't seem to be coming any time soon.
At the end of the summer break, Budo was looking forward to seeing Miyuji again. He'd decided that he would confess to her that Friday. He was in his club room waiting for the others to arrive. They'd already said they would be late for various reasons, so he was alone. He was almost waiting for the sweet music usually from the light music club to play, but what he heard surprised him. It was way more upbeat and in a totally different style to what he was used to. He was kinda surprised. He actually kinda liked it. Curiosity got the best of him, and he decided to check it out.
The door of the club room was cracked open like it usually was, filling the corridor with the pleasant music. He looked inside, expecting to see Miyuji playing her acoustic guitar even though the music sounded like there was no acoustic anywhere. He peeked into the room, but seeing the familiar face of Miyuji. He wouldn't have recognised her if she didn't have the red armband of leadership on her arm. Her whole appearance had changed. We black hair now had red streaks and was styled differently. She also seemed to act differently. She was more confident and upbeat, not how he remembered her. When they last spoke, she was soft spoken, kind and a little shy. Now she was loud and upbeat, trying to act like a rockstar. He wasn't sure if he liked her changes.
After a few weeks, he found his feelings for her beginning to fade. He didn't like the changes she had made to herself. He never thought she needed to change. He thought she was perfect just the way she was, it was a shame she didn't feel the same. He wanted to let her know she was perfect the way she had been, but he couldn't. He could tell she was seemingly happier like this, like her true colours were coming out. He missed how she used to be, but he couldn't make her change. As long as she was happy, he would be happy for her. Even if they weren't going to be together, he would always be there for her.
