What We Kept Secret

Chapter 13

It has been two weeks since that amazing trip I took to see Will. We have talked every chance we could on the phone together and it makes me wish we didnt live so far away.
"So when do I get to see you again?" He asked as I looked over files at my desk
"Well it depends." I said before Hotch knocked on my door
"JJ we arent going to take any cases until Monday. Everyone is tired from the last case and Im giving everyone tomorrow and Friday off. Go home enjoy the weekend." He said with a slight smile and leaving my doorway
"I heard all of that Cher. I already found a ticket. I will be there at eight tonight." He said as I smiled from ear to ear
We said our goodbyes and I looked at the clock. I had five hours until he came and I got to be in his arms again.
"Hey JJ." Emily came into my office watching me pack up
"Hey Em." I said not able to control my smiling
"What has you so giddy?" She asked trying to get answers out of me
"We have a four day weekend. Wouldnt you be excited?" I laughed
"Ya but I can feel your excitement." She said sitting down
"So what." I laughed as I was almost ready to go
"Thats a new necklace." She said noticing it
"Ya. I got it a while ago." I said pausing and holing on to it
"Jennifer Jareau, do you have a boyfriend?" She asked randomly
"Uh no." I said looking at her and pulling my sleeves down
"You are. You just did your tell." She said laughing
"No Im not." I said trying to push her out so I could leave
"Fine. Whatever." She said eyeing me and walking away.

I get home and thankful I keep my apartment clean. I sat on my couch and looked over at the picture I printed of me and Will I put in a frame. I put one in the living room and one in my room. No one really comes over so I didnt see the harm in it. I still had three hours until I got to see Will.

The time came and I was standing waiting for Will to arrive. He came from the gate and wrapped me in his arms picking me up from the ground.
"I missed you." He said before giving me a meaningful kiss
"I missed you too." I said out of breath looking at him
"Im starving." He laughed as we made our way out to my car
"Well how would you feel about pizza?" I asked as we got in
"I dont care. Im with you." He said smiling like a goof
We ate the pizza just dazing into each others eyes.
"So you have pictures up of us?" He said smiling and picking up the frame and I nodded embarrassed
"I do too." He said pulling me into a kiss
Things got heated and we made our way back to my room. We had a lot of catching up to do.

The next morning I woke up to banging on my door.
"I got it." Will said standing up putting shorts on
"No you stay here. I got it babe." I said throwing on his SMU shirt
He rolled his eyes and got back into bed. I walked out and tried to fix my hair a little and opened the door, enough to where you could only see my head.
"Emily?" I asked seeing her standing there wide eyed with a huge smile
"You went to Georgetown. Not SMU. Where are your pants?" She said walking in
"Sure come on in." I said sarcastically
"So is he here?" She asked getting excited
"No now go." I said pointing at the door
"He is here. Is he in your bed?" She asked smiling
"I will explain later. Now go." I said opening the door and ushering her out
"JJ come on." She said whining
"I dont get to see him a lot. I will explain at work." I said as she said fine and left
That was close. I thought to myself as I walked back to my room
I laid back down and was immediately scooped into Wills arms and replayed the activities from last night.

I sat on my kitchen counter and watched Will make the best coffee ever.
"Your smiling hun." He said putting the cup in my hands
"I know." I smiled and gave him a kiss
We were interrupted by my phone ringing. I rolled my eyes and answered
"Hello." I said rude
"That is no way to answer to your mother." My mom pretty much screamed into the phone
"Sorry mom. Im a little busy." I said as Will kissed my neck distracting me
"When are you coming?" She asked
"What do you mean?" I asked trying not to moan
"You said you are coming down this weekend." She said snapping me out of my moment
"Shit. Um about that. Let me call you back." I said before hanging up
"What was that about?" Will asked leaning on the counter in front of me
"My mom. I told her I was going to visit this weekend." I said taking a sip of coffee
"Well lets go than." He said smiling and taking me by surprise
"What?" I asked shocked
"I wanna meet your momma." He said pulling me off the counter
"Um ok. Why?" I asked as we walked back to to the bedroom
"Well you met my family. I wanna met yours. I do have to make a good impression." He said smiling as I sat in my bed and dialed my mom
"Hey mom, we will be there later today." I said
"Ok I will see you.... wait we. Is the guy you met coming?" She asked and I hung up
"You told your mom about me?" He asked getting his cute grin
"Maybe?" I said getting my bag packed

We drove the five hour drive and got there at three. We pulled up to the house and I figured my mom would be sitting on the porch and I was correct.
We got out of the car and she skips over hugging me and hugs Will first.
"Well Jenny was right. You are a very attractive man." She said wrapping her arm around his shoulder and guiding him into the house. She left me out here by myself.
She already fell in love with him. I laughed to myself and went inside.
