Chapter 31

"Where are the girls?" I asked noticing there wasnt one downstairs at all
"They are upstairs." He said scratching the back of his head as I felt my phone vibrate in my back pocket
"You going to get that?" He asked
"No. Im here to talk to you." I said looking at him
"How long?" He asked sitting down in front of me as he placed his gun on the table
"How long for what?" I asked confused as I sat down in front of him
"How long will I go to jail?" He asked putting his head between his hands as they rested on his knees
"Looks like its a long time. You did murder some girls." I said thinking of a way to disarm him
"I didnt mean too. They noticed who I was and I freaked out." He said almost crying
"You do know you raped Shelby right?" I asked trying to stay calm
"I know. Im sorry. She looked amazing that night and I couldnt help myself." He said as I tried to hold my anger
"If you walk out with me right now I will go to everyone of your court dates." I said only because I want to see him go behind bars
"Ok." He said picking up his gun and giving it to me. I took it and unloaded it and put it back down on the table and turned him around to handcuff him and read him his right.
We walked out of the house and right to a police cruiser and putting him in the back

"How was it?" Morgan asked once I walked back over to them feeling mu phone go crazy
"Easy. He co-operated the whole time. No issues. I need to take this." I said pulling my phone out and seeing it was Will
"Are you crazy?" He asked immediately when I picked up
"Hello to you too." I said sarcastically
"You could have been killed JJ." He said calming down
"No. I knew the guy. He graduated before me." I said knowing he would still be upset
"You are still stupid for doing that." He said in a tone I never heard before
"Will. Im fine ok. I had a vest on and my gun." I said trying to calm him down
"I dont care. You walked into danger to a guy who was unstable." He said as I now realized he was angry with me
"Its my job Will. You do the same thing." I said trying not to get upset
"Thats different." He said calming down
"Why because Im a women?" I asked now getting upset
"No, babe thats nor what I meant." He said trying to back track
"I need to go. I need to go do paper work because thats what a women does working in law enforcement." I said hanging up and walking back to the team frustrated
"You dont seem happy." Emily said when I got back
"It was my mom. She called me stupid for walking in alone." I said lying
"Lets go back." Reid said as we walked to the SUVs

I get back into my office when I saw Hannah was still here.
"Let me finish some stuff up and I can take you back to the house. It should be cleared by now." I said sitting down
"You ok?" She asked
"Ya." I smiled and put my phone on my desk
"Your phone keeps ringing." She said as it buzzed again
"I know." I said ignoring it
"Is it important." She asked as I shook my head no and finished up paper work

I took Hannah back to the house and finally got home.
I looked at my phone seeing at least 30 missed calls and 15 voice messages on top of the 75 text messages all from Will
"JJ Im so sorry I didnt mean it that way." He said after picking up on the first ring and I still ignored him
"JJ. Im sorry." He said sounding upset at himself
"I know." I said quietly
"I love you and you are like super women." He said making me smile
"I love you too." I said opening my laptop to look up flights to New Orleans
"I just didnt like how my girl was going in alone with a crazy guy." He said upset at himself
"I know but its my job. I dont like you doing things like that either." I said finding one that leaves at noon
"I know but it comes with it. We are both part of law enforcement." He said and I could hear the smile
"It is but Im ok and I will try to give you a heads up next time." I said with a small laugh as I thought of an excuse to leave early on Friday
"Good. What are you doing cher? I miss being with you." He asked making me miss him even more
"I am currently getting ready to do laundry." I said coming up with the solution of going to visit Shelby at home
"On Tuesday?" He questioned
"Ahh ya didnt get a chance to this weekend." I said booking my tickets
"Oh yeah, you were preoccupied." He said making me laugh
"I love you but its getting late." I said as we ended our call and I went to sleep

Friday finally came and I was on my way to the airport to surprise Will for his birthday weekend.
I land in New Orleans and take a taxi to his precent.
"Hi, Im here for Detective LaMontange." I said to the receptionist
"And you are?" She asked a little to rudely
"His girlfriend." I said just wanting to surprise him already
"He is out on a call but I can show you his desk and you can sit there and wait." She said walking me to his desk even though I already knew where it was

I sat there for what seemed like hours and placed my head on his desk and fell asleep
"JJ?" I heard as I got slightly shoved to wake up
"Hey, your back." I said smiling and standing up
"You're here." He said getting the biggest smile on his face
"Surprise! Happy birthday old man." I said before he pulled me in for a deep kiss

So, this story is not ending anytime soon but when it does I will continue it by adding little one shots after the team finds out about them. I have so many cute ideas but they all take place after the team finds out. But tonight episode OMG Im was dying at the Willifer moment, like goals!!
