Thanksgiving Part 3

"Hello handsome." My grandma said walking up to Will
"Hello beautiful." He said giving her his signature smile
"Will this is my grandma Lynda. Gran this is my boyfriend Will." I said introducing them
"Will you are very good looking and the accent makes it better. Jennifer did very well in falling for you." She said flirting with him
"Well she is beautiful and out of my league." He said winking
"We must get to know each other." She said pulling him away and taking him to the living room
"Im pretty sure Gran stole Will from me." I said looking at my mom as she just laughed
"The pastors family is in the dinning room go say hi." She said pointing to the room as I followed directions
"You must be the famous Jenny." A women said giving me a hug
"Yes I am. You must be Wendy and Pastor John." I said shaking his hand
"Yes. Our son Ryan is with Shelby." He said politely
"How do you like it here in this small town?" I asked with a small laugh
"Its nice. I love the people here." He said before asking an awkward question
"Whens the wedding?"
"What wedding?" I asked confused
"Yours. Holly told us you are getting married." He said making me want to roll my eyes
"Im not engaged, she just thinks I am." I laughed trying to play it off
"Well I will officiate the wedding if you would like." He said making it a little less awkward
"I would like that thank you." I said before getting attacked by Holly
"Aunty JJ!" She yelled running to give me a hug
"Daddy said you did something stupid with Uncle Will today." She said before I could walk away from the pastors family
"Ya but lets not talk about it tonight." I said as she nodded and ran away
"What did you do?" Wendy asked
"I walked into a hostage situation." I said before realizing I didnt tell them I work for the FBI
"Alone?" She asked surprised
"Yes and no. I work for the FBI and my boyfriend is a detective in New Orleans. He went in unarmed and once Nate showed up I was armed and went in after him." I said explaining it better
"Well thats better." She said smiling as they both started a conversation with Shelby and who I took it as Ryan

"Will?" I asked walking into the living room seeing him sitting with the guys of the family watching football
"Your Skins are on babe." He said without looking at me and patting the spot next to him
"I think I will pass." Seeing my favorite aunt in the kitchen

"Hey Kris." I said standing next to an exact replica of my mom
"Jenny!" She yelled giving me a hug
"That man you brought home is very good looking." She said giving me a wink
"Thanks everyone seems to think so." I said laughing
"He is more polite than whatever his name was." She said before eating a chip
"Hey JJ can we talk outside?" Will said holding my jacket for me
"Uh sure." I said putting it on and walking to the backyard
"Whats up Will?" I asked once we sat down on the swinging bench
"Marry me?" He asked sounding confident
"We talked about this." I said not giving him an answer
"No not in that way. We can have like some small ceremony like as a promise to each other. We dont need to file anything to make it legal." He said sounding like it was all planned out
"Will. I love you. You know that but..." I started to say
"But nothing. It was stupid anyway, I knew you were always scared of commitment." He said starting to sound upset
"Im not scared of commitment." I said defending myself
"Than lets do it." He said getting a little more joy
"What about the distance?" I asked still knowing its a problem
"Ive already put a transfer in to the MPD. It got accepted but they dont need me to move up for another six months." He said taking me by surprise
"We dont have to file?" I asked looking at him as he said no
"Fine. Lets get married." I said with a smile as he broke into a bigger smile and gave me a passionate kiss
"Ring?" I asked out of breath
"I wasnt going to ask you today but after what happened today I want it to be more of a promise ceremony." He said
"So not a marriage?" I asked confused
"Its whatever we want it to be." He smiled
"I promise to always love you Will." I said giving him a kiss
"I will always love you Jennifer." He said pulling away
"Im cold." I said laughing
"Lets get you inside than." He said standing up and we went back in

I stood in the loving room with Will not wanting him to leave my side.
"Jennifer!" A voice I havent heard in years said walking up behind me
"Mrs. Robinson?" I asked turning around and seeing Rachels mom wanting a hug
"Your aunt Eileen invited us." She said putting her arms down realizing I wasnt going to hug her
"Us?" I asked seeing Hunter, Rachel and their baby walk into the living room
