Knacklewaffle:
It all started when Kian had the amazing idea to go on a road trip for a whole week and go see the wonderful sights of nature. You didn't think it was the best idea but at least you guys could spend some alone time. The next morning Kian and you packed up and started driving. You guys stopped to get gas or food but rarely did. You kept on asking Kian where was your first location but he refused to tell you, he would smile and obnoxiously start singing to whichever song was playing. You guys drove and you kept on noticing how the traffic was rapidly decreasing. The confused look on Kian's face made you worry more.
"Um... Kian, I think we're lost." you said after a few minutes passed by.
"We are not lost." He said laughing but the nervous look never leaving his face. You sighed and took out a GPS that he kept inside the car.
"Here," you said turning on the GPS
"Give me the address." you said
"We're not lost." He said refusing to give the address. You argued with him that you guys were indeed lost and needed the help of the robotic voice and he argued that he knew where he was.
"You know what would me nice? If the GPS voice was the voice of-"
"Kian," you strictly said cutting him off
"At least use a map!" you exclaimed
"For the last time we are not lost!" He yelled snapping at you, which only caused to break into a bigger argument. While arguing, Kian wasn't paying attention and crashed into a signal pole.
"What did you do!" you screamed scrambling out of the car. Smoke was coming out of the hood of the car when you stepped out.
"I-I don't know." He stammered and touched the hood only to pull back , cradling his burned fingers. You guys stood there until the hood caught on fire, the big red and orange flames melting off the paint job. You shrieked and started sobbing. It was official, you guys were lost , with no food and no shelter anywhere.
"Babe, chill. I'll just call a tow truck." Kian smoothly said and took out his phone . He scrunched up his face and frowned.
"What?" you asked stepping closer.
"There is no signal." He sighed and put his phone away. You took out yours and it said the same. Kian and you finally started walking down the road to see if you could find any human being near by. As you guys were walking, you didn't notice the sky darken until you felt a raindrop fall on your nose.
"Kian, I think it's going to rain." you said looking up and the rain began to pour. You glared at him and he just smiled nervously before following you. You walked until you saw an old barn house. Kian went up to the barn door and knocked but no one answered. He decided it was safe enough so you trailed in behind him and he was right. The old barn house was deserted with only old stacks of wet hay in there. You and Kian were standing soaking wet in an old barn house.
"I told you." you simply said to him
"But you're wrong." he shot back getting up from his spot
"How am I wrong, you knacklewaffle?" you asked walking over to him
"Did you just called me a knacklewaffle?" he asked smirking
"Yes-no, that's not important right now!! What's important is that we're standing in a barn house, soaking wet, with no phone reception or a car! Face it Kian, we're lost." you said putting your arms across your chest.
"No we're not." he replied but before you could go on another rant he grabbed your arm and lead you out the barn yard into the rain.
"Kian! Are you crazy!" you yelled behind him but still followed him because your curiosity wouldn't let you go. You silently followed him, cutting through many trees and branches. You guys finally arrived at a meadow full of white, pink and yellow flowers. The grass was wet but a very nice green.
"This was the place. We were suppose to have a picnic here but the car caught on fire and the supplies probably got burned and then it started raining and everything just got ruined." he sighed hanging his head. You walked over to him and tilt his head so he was looking at you.
"It's okay Kian. You didn't know." you said leaning up to kiss his lips.
"Now, let's go back to the barn yard, I think I saw a land phone so we can call a tow truck." you said smiling and intertwining your fingers with his.
