Sky's POV
I woke up, snuggled exactly where I wanted to be, in Harry's arms. The flower crown he'd given me rested on the night stand. I couldn't help but smile as memories of the previous night flashed trough my mind. Harry was still deep in sleep, or he at least appeared that way. I figured I should get another hour of sleep, considering it was only 5 in the morning. Dreaming wasn't usual for me, so I was surprised when I dreamt about Harry. It was me, I was standing back on the edge of the bridge where we first met (not an ideal place to meet a boy). I knew it wasn't the same day because I was seeing something different and it was sunny outside. My foot was removed from the beam, but once again I was stopped by a hand, who I knew had to be Harry. "Don't do it Sky!" he pleaded. "You can't and you won't stop me this time Harry."
"If you jump I jump..." he assured me, his eyes full of terror, begging me not to do it. My dream was short lived, as Harry nudged my shoulder. My eyes opened, revealing Harry's face only inches from mine. "Sorry Sky, I didn't mean to wake you."
"That's ok, I needed to wake up anyway." I explained, realizing I'd received more than an extra hour of sleep. "What were you dreaming about?" Harry asked, catching me off guard. How'd he know I was dreaming? Hopefully I wasn't talking out loud! "You..." I blushed, "but it wasn't good. We were back on the bridge and I was going to jump... You stopped me and told me that if I jumped you would too..."
"I would you know, jump if you did!"
"Well what'd be the point in that?"
"I have nothing to live for except you." He smiled a little, while I softly kissed his cheek. "I have to go to the gym now, but I'll be home soon."
"And I'll be here" I smiled. Harry ripped the covers off and walked to the kitchen to brew some tea. I hadn't been home in 2 days, but I knew it wouldn't matter. I mean I'm 19 going to be 20 in a month, I think I can make my own decisions. There was a knock at the door, and since I knew Harry was busy, I jumped up to answer. The floor was cold so I slipped on a pair of Harry's slippers. I opened the door to reveal a tall woman, with an odd resemblance to Harry. "Hi can I help you?" I asked politely, thinking the woman was probably lost. "I-um- is Harry here?" she asked. I didn't need to holler for Harry because he was standing in the hall, vividly watching me.
Harry's POV
"Go back to my room Sky." I demanded. My tone came off harsher than I wanted, but Sky quickly ran off to my room. The woman that had come a few weeks ago, unexpectedly I may add, had returned. "How the hell did you find me?" I demanded. "I followed you... Harry please can't we talk?"
"No! Why would I let you try to explain yourself to me? You are no longer my problem and I have no interest in seeing you! EVER AGAIN!" I hollered. The woman began to shed a tear, which quickly escalated to more. "I think it's best if you go, NOW!" I demanded. The woman turned to leave, but not before getting one last word in... "I am your mother Harry, and I hope you'll always know I love y-" I cut her off by the slamming of the door. Why? Why did she have to return and try and become involved in my life? Or make up for the awful childhood she out me and my sister through?
Sky's POV
Harry pounded his fist into the wall in anger and mumbled words only he could hear. "Harry?" I asked, in the most innocent of tones. "What?" he snapped back. His eyes remained locked on the wall as his fist carried the weight of his body. "Go, you're going to be late..." was all I could think to say. He nodded, checking the time on is phone. I jogged to his room and pulled out his yellow nikes. "Thank you" he whispered, planting a small butterfly kiss on my cheek. Harry left for the gym and no later than 2 seconds later another knock came again. "Harry why are you-" I was cut off by the softness of Harry's lips being pressed to mine. Sure he'd kissed my cheek a time or two, but never on the lips before... "Sky, would you give me the honors of calling you my girlfriend?" Girlfriend... a term that rarely came from the mouth of a boy when talking to me. I yearned to be Harry's girlfriend for awhile now, but always pushed the thought away, knowing he'd never feel the same way. He proved me wrong, again... "I'd be honored." I delightfully responded. His smile was huge, lihting his face up immediatley at my response. He planted anoter kiss on my lips, "I'll be home soon."
