“Bitch, what do you want?” Trace demanded.

Juliet’s glare grew even deeper. “Trace, I can’t believe this. You left me for your own stepbrother. Do you know how disgusting that is?” she said angrily.

Trace shrugged. “Guess I just like taking virginity,” he said with a cruel smirk. Juliet’s face paled as she stared at the two of us in disgust.

Trace leaned back a little, putting his arm around me. “After all Juliet, I only used you for sex, right?” he asked sarcastically.

“Trace, I still love you. I’ll forgive you if you want to be with me again,” she mumbled quietly, giving him a pleading look. “I mean I really love you Trace.”

“Yea, yea, yea. I don’t love you. I already told you that about a billion times. I love Kory, and only Kory,” he said flatly. He turned and kissed me deeply to prove his point. I instantly kissed him back.

We pulled away and saw that disgusted look on Juliet’s face again. “Trace, you’re not a faggot. You’re a homophobe. It’ll never work out between you two and you damn well know it,” Juliet growled, clenching her fists tightly at her sides.

“I love Kory. Our parents know and accept us. Anyone who doesn’t like it can say hello to my fuckfinger,” Trace said and pleasantly flicked his middle finger up for Juliet to see.

“Bitch, he doesn’t want you anymore. Why can’t you just leave him alone?” Zeke demanded, glaring right back at Juliet.

“Zeke, shut the fuck up. This is your fault, and his fault!” Juliet snapped, pointing at me.

Tommy wrapped an arm around Zeke’s waist and sighed. “Dammit Zeke! I told you homosexuality was contagious but nooo you still insisted on sharing a drink with me and Trace,” he said, shaking his head. “Now we’re fags too!”

“Tommy, shut up. No one likes you, you dumbass little kid,” Juliet growled.

“I’m barely younger than you, I have friends, my grade point average is higher than yours, and I’m not a little kid,” Tommy said, rolling his eyes.

Juliet ignored him and gave Trace that pleading look again. She moved to him and placed her hand on his shoulder gently. “Please Trace. You know I love you, and I know you love me too,” she whispered.

Trace shook her hand off and gave her an annoyed look. “I love Kory. How many times do I have to freaking say that before you get it? He’s stupid, he’s hyperactive, he’s annoying, he’s clumsy, and he’s immature, but I love him and only him,” he said fiercely.

I nodded eagerly and then frowned, realizing what Trace had said. “Hey! I am not!” I whined. Trace slapped a hand over my mouth. “Yes, you are,” he said without looking at me. His angry eyes were still fixed on Juliet.

“Go away,” he said coldly. “Now. I’m not afraid to hit a girl. My mother didn’t raise a gentleman.”

Juliet’s expression got nervous, probably knowing the truth of Trace’s words. “Fine Trace. I’ll go, for now. But I’ll be back and I’ll get you back,” she threatened. Her eyes shifted to Zeke and Tommy before sliding back to me and Trace.
