"The six W's: Work will win when wishing wont."

Keith.

It was a little crazy once people started arriving, and even I had to run around making sure everything was going smoothly. Just as I was about to check in with my dad, I accidentally bumped into someone dropping their volleyball.

"Sorry." the voice mumbled.

"No, it's my bad." I said handing her the ball. "So Dylan." I said looking directly at her.

"What?"

"It says on your ball." I showed her smiling.

"Right. Thanks." I think she was actually blushing. It looked cute. Wait stop, Keith you're here to play volleyball, not flirt with the girls.

"You know there will be plenty of volleyballs here." I told her.

"I know, just me and my ball are never away. Practically conjoined at the hip." we then both laughed. She was pretty funny.

"Well I'll see you around Dylan." I smiled and then left.

I looked back at her and I could see her smiling at me. She was actually really pretty. Long brown wavy hair, sea blue eyes that twinkled as she smiled. Wait a second...I wasn't just thinking about a girl was I?

I can't. I need to focus on volleyball, no one else even if that person is a girl.

"Keith, get to the gym!" I heard one of my sisters yell. Well that snapped me out of my daydream.

Walking to the gym I saw that same exact girl from inside looking around. I know I shouldn't go talk to her but she was really cute and had no idea where the gym was.

"You lost?" I said as she turned around.

"Yeah. I can't exactly find the gym." she laughed. There goes those sea blue eyes.

"I can see that. I'll show you, I'm heading that way anyways." I told her carrying my volleyball.

"And I thought you said that there was going to be enough volleyballs." she told me.

"And I thought you said that you and your volleyball are attached at the hip." I said back.

"Touche." she smiled. She looked even more beautiful when she smiled.

"Well here we are." I said holding the door for her being a gentleman. My parents raised me that women are precious and to always open doors for them is one of the things you should do.

"Thanks." she said as I could see goosebumps grow on her arms from the air conditioner in the gym.

"Once you warm up, you won't feel cold anymore." I told her.

"Ha. Well that's great." she smiled at me.

After she said that we had to go on separate sides of the court. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I really enjoy being with her. With trying to be the best player and following my parents strict rules, being with her made me relax and have fun.

I looked over and saw Lilly warming up to her. She was actually pretty good. Lilly had really mean hits, and Dylan was able to get those balls right up easily. So maybe I will have a bit of a competition.

"You know she's hot." a voice said behind me.

"What?'

"You're obviously checking out that girl. She's hot."

"You don't even know her, how can you say she's hot?" I fired back. Why was I getting mad about that? Dylan was just a girl...right?

"Woah, calm down there buddy." the guy smiled at me patting my back. "I'm Corey." he said.

"Keith." I said. I just about regretted saying my name, but who cares.

"Nice." he smiled and walked away.

I took one more glance at Dylan and she just dove for one of Lilly's hits. I heard a floor burn and her wince. Ouch that has got to hurt.

Lilly went to her and I could tell she was asking her if she was okay. Dylan just stood up and pulled her knee pad on and was ready to go. Okay so this girl was a total badass.

I smiled at what she just did and continued to practice.

This camp may be really fun after all.

So it was Keith who had talked to Dylan. See any romance going on there? haha. I do!

Oh and the thing with Corey...I see some drama coming along.

Maybe camp isn't all what you would think it would be..

Enjoy!

Oh I almost forgot..Comment! :D Vote! :D
