Clare's POV
"Anya?" Lexa said surprised.
They quickly hug and Anya looks at me and grasps my forearm, a sign of respect in their culture.
"I thought you were dead. When they shot you, you didn't move. I didn't see you in medical" I say quickly.
"They took you first, since you were evidently more alive than I was. They came back to check on me. I managed to convince them that I wasn't going to hurt them. They took me back to camp and your mom performed a surgery on me to remove the bullet and she gave me a blood transfusion. I had to stay in another part of medical to recover since my injuries were more serious than yours. I managed to recover and I gained everyone's trust here while I helped the best I could around here. I wanted to go back to TonDC but your mom insisted I stay to make sure I don't get hurt. I thought you'd hate me for trying to keep you as a prisoner and I thought it was better if you thought I was dead."
"I can't hate you for what you did. You did what anyone would've done, Anya. I respect you. I am however a little bit angry over the fact that nobody told me you were alive and well." I respond.
"I told your mom not to tell you and I avoided people who knew who I was."
I smile and give her a hug.
"I should go find my mom. You can stay here Lexa and catch up with Anya if you'd like."
"As much as I'd like to, I have all week to do that and I think Anya is a little busy with helping around here." she replied
"I'll see you guys around." Anya says and she walks back to a group of people.
"I missed her, I thought she was dead." Lexa says to me as we enter the main building.
"So did I. I'm surprised I didn't know she was still alive." I respond
We walk hand in hand in the hallways until we reach medical. We look around from the outside and we see my mom with a patient. She has her back to us so we take this opportunity to sneak up on her. The patient notices us and smiles but doesn't say anything. My mom turns around and gasps.
"Don't ever sneak up on me again." she says loudly.
"We won't, but your reaction was worth it." I respond.
"I missed you so much." she says as she hugs me.
She turns to Lexa and hugs her too. Lexa seems surprised, but hugs her back.
"Don't worry, I missed you too, Commander." she says to Lexa.
"I missed you too Abby."
"You better be keeping Clarke safe, she's my only daughter."
"I promise, I am trying my best to keep her safe."
"Good, you better not hurt her or I'll hurt you." my mother replies.
"Mom!" I say.
"What? Can't a mother keep her child safe?"
"Lexa won't hurt me mom, she loves me and I love her."
"You guys are disgustingly cute." we hear someone from outside the room say. We all turn around to see Raven.
"Raven, it's nice to see you."
"Griffin, I haven't seen you since Mount Weather. I missed you so much. Also, congrats on the hot Grounder girlfriend, I'm a little jealous." she says as she walks up to me and hugs me.
I don't have to look at Lexa to know that she's blushing. Raven doesn't have a filter, I like that about her.
"You better not hurt Clarke, Commander. I ship you guys." Raven says.
"What is "ship", I don't understand." Lexa says.
"It's when you think two or more people are cute together." I answer her question.
"I ship us too, I think you're cute." Lexa says to me.
I feel my self blush at Lexa's words. I see Anya at the door waiting until we're done.
"Food's ready guys. Also I ship you guys too." she says to us.
We all laugh and we all head to where to food is being served and all 5 of us sit together and talk about what's going on in our lives.
