Clarke's POV
The following morning Lexa and I get out of bed and we go to the dinning room to meet everyone else from Skaikru for breakfast.
"Do you think that one day we could take a break and just travel through all the clans together with some guards and a couple friends?" I ask her as we sit down in our seats.
"In order to do that we will have to plan ahead, we'd need a Flamekeeper here, who can take over while we're gone. We would need to plan out the best routes to each clan, we'd need to make sure anything major is taken care of here, in Polis. Once everything is carefully planned, we can go. But it won't be for a couple months, since everyone needs to get used to you as the Flamekeeper and they need to recover from Titus' death." she says.
"But that will take forever!" I whine.
"But it will be worth it, Clarke."
                              "You're right."
Right as our conversation ends, the people from Skaikru arrive. Most of them aren't used to being awake this early so they looked tired, but still happy to be here.
"Good morning Commander. Good morning Clarke." Kane says.
"Good morning, Kane." we both say in unison.
They take their seats at the table. Nobody is at the head of table, Lexa wanted to sit next to me and hold my hand while we ate. Kane and my mother sat across from us so that we could talk further more about Skaikru and the other clans over breakfast. We came up with a plan that allows Skaikru to trade with other clans. We also talked about the guns that Skaikru posses and decided that if anyone from the other clans would like to learn how to operate any of the guns, they could go to Arkadia and be taught by a guard that wouldn't mind teaching them. Kane said that Raven had sent him with a few radios that should be given to the leaders of the other clans so that we could all communicate with each other when it's needed. By the end of breakfast we finished our conversation about all of the clans and we go our own way. My mom goes back with the healers and the rest of Skaikru goes outside to explore more of Polis. Lexa and I decide to go see the Nightbloods, since I'm helping train them to become the next Commander.
"I hope you realize I'm never going to leave your side now and that being Flamekeeper will always be my excuse. Plus, I can't have you die on me." I say to Lexa.
"Clarke, no Commander has survived more than 10 years." she says.
"You have the coalition, the other Commanders didn't."
"You have a point. Maybe I can live for 11."she joked.
                              "Or until we're old."
"That would be ideal, I would hate to leave you. I love you too much for that." she said with a smile.
"I love you too, Lexa." I respond as we enter the training ground where the Natblidas are located.
The Natblidas are training together, Aden is the most promising of them, it's obvious when you watch him train. He's so strong and smart when it comes to combat. He will definitely be the next Commander, if that new Nightblood Ontari isn't as good as he is. I hope that Roan gets her under control soon, I'd like to meet her and help her train and teach her how to be a good Commander. I would hate if the Ice Queen used her as a weapon to kill Lexa or me. I heard that she's really good with hand to hand combat but I haven't seen her, so I can't agree with anything anyone has said about her.
We spend a couple hours with the Natblidas until someone comes running towards us yelling.
"Heda! Fleimkeepa! Abby asked for you both at the hospital wing, you must go now." the man said quickly.
