''I have informed the working staff of our arrival, they will be here any time now.'' Nathaniel spoke looking around him as they made there way towards the palace's door. They reached the front doors and Nathaniel pushed them open. ''Welcome to your real home, Ella.'' he said looking at the hall in front of him as uncountable memories crashed in his mind.
''I can say the same thing to you as well.'' Ella said not believing what was in front of her. 'Home, finally. Now I know where I belong.' was the first thing she thought.
The hall was spacious than any hall she had ever seen. Everything at its place in a neat and perfect position. Furniture looked as if it was newly polished, the windows, which, a few moments before were in thousand little pieces, were neatly fixed in their frames. There was a long table with several chairs around it in the center, while some small tables and chairs were also placed in the corners of the hall, Ella thought that they were some kind of study tables where you could read or write anything at your free time. There were a lot of small chandeliers fixed in the ceiling but there was the biggest one dangling above the royal table. The only thing that came in Ella's mind was 'amazing' as she looked around the hall in wonder.
''Want a tour or rest?'' Nathaniel asked disturbing Ella from the view.
''I think we should take some rest, you must be tired too.'' Ella said moving forward and pulling the nearest chair towards her so she could sit.
''Alright-'' Nathaniel's reply dropped in the middle when there was a loud knock on the front doors. They turned their heads towards the source and the doors opened revealing a breathless Janet.
''I packed everything when I got the message this morning.'' Janet spoke to Nathaniel. ''The rest of the staff will be here by noon.''
Nathaniel nodded and said, ''Its good to see you, Janet.'' and Ella smiled at her.
''You don't know how much I prayed to see this day, Your Majesties.'' she spoke with emotions.
''And now you've seen it.'' Ella said.
''I'm so sorry, Princess Ella. I wanted to tell you everything but I was strictly forbidden.'' she spoke to Ella.
''Its okay, everything is fine now.'' Ella said with a soft smile.
''It feels so good to be back home.'' Janet said to herself as she looked around the interior of the palace. ''Oh! Where are my manners! The two of you must be really tired, I'll get your baths ready right away.''
After a long bath Ella was informed by Janet that the staff had arrived then she was introduced to them. Everyone was very happy to see the heirs of Kingdom Eridanus back at home. Many of the staff members told Ella that she looked just like her mother, Queen Audrey. But in Ella's opinion, her mother was much more beautiful than her.
That night, while going to her room for a sound sleep, Ella thought that now she was finally home.
The next morning Nathaniel gave her a tour of the palace where he showed her the meeting room, the royal hall, the ball room, kitchen and the throne room.
The meeting room was located in the east wing. It was an important room, Nathaniel had informed her. There was a large rectangular wooden table with several chairs around it. All the conferences were held here.
The royal hall was the main hall where all the meals were taken, the hall which Ella first saw when she entered the palace.
The ball room was located behind the royal hall. It was large and spacious, the marble covered polished floor was so clean that one could see his reflection clearly in it. The stairs in the ball room lead to the royal rooms of the palace.
