Marinette climbed into the white limo with the words "Just Married" painted on the back window. She slid over to make room for Adrien who climbed in after her, shutting the door behind him.

After another half an hour of dancing with all the guests that came, laughing and drinking, the party was finally over. The next day they'd be off to Texas to board a cruise ship to Southern America.

The limo driver pulled out of its parking spot and then started into the Parisian traffic.

"So... how does it feel to be an Agreste, now?" Adrien asked, turning his head to look at Marinette.

"A little weird, admittedly." Marinette giggled, her brain a little fuzzy from the champagne.

"Hmm? Should I be worried is that a good thing?" He asked.

"Hmm..." Marinette pretended as if he answer took some thought.

"Aww come on thats mean." Adrien pursed his lips.

"I'm kidding, its a good thing. A really good thing." Marinette smiled, nudging his shoulder.

"Im glad." Adrien said in a softer voice. He closed his eyes and leaned back in his seat.

Hand in hand they walked back to their condo-house.

"Just think of it... tomorrow morning we'll be on a flight to America and then we're heading straight for Honduras." Adrien said, pausing before he walked up the steps to the porch.

"I know! Its excit- whats that?" She asked, looking down at a small letter sitting on the first step.

Adrien shook his head. "I don't know..." he mumbled, kneeling down to pick it up.

"No address, no saying who its from." He frowned. "Lets get inside..."

Adrien unlocked the door, Marinette following him in. Together they sat down on the love-seat sofa.

"You don't think its a mailing mistake, do you?" Marinette asked, gently taking the small envelope from him, examining it. It was red and black with a intricate chinese-like design on all four corners.

"Lets find out." Adrien took the envelope and broke the seal. He pulled the slip of paper out and began reading the cursive words out-loud.

"Ladybug, Chat Noir, if you are reading this it means something has happened to me or the enemy has been defeated. I'm sure you have plenty questions on what's next and what to do with your miraculous. I only have one instruction for you. Don't live in the past. Live your life." Adrien moved onto the next paragraph.

"The miraculous are in your care now. Whether or not you choose to take them back or keep them is none of my concern. All that I ask of you is to reunite them every now and then. I trust they will be safe in your care. Don't worry about me, a successor to me will come if needed and will seek you when necessary. Thank you for completing the task you were chosen for. I'm sure you all did miraculous. Forever yours, Master Fu."

Marinette stared down at the letter in disbelief. "So... thats it then?" She asked.

"I-I guess...? But what does he mean by a successor?" Adrien mumbled, flipping the paper over to see if there was anything else. There was nothing. Those were Master Fu's last words.

Marinette shook her head. There was no telling what he meant. He was always confusing. "I think we should fill out his request, though. Its time to focus on the future and live our lives to the fullest." She smiled, putting a gentle hand on Adrien's shoulder.

Adrien nodded. "I suppose you're right." He folded the letter back up carefully and stood up. From within the coat closet they kept a locked safe with all their important documents and birth certificates. He unlocked it with the combination code and set the letter inside gently. Once it was locked away and the safe was hidden away he stood back up to face her.

"Now... come on m'lady. Its been a busy afternoon. Lets get some rest." He walked over to her, holding out his hand. Marinette stood up, taking his hand.

"I agree." She kicked off her heels, which were paining her feet beyond what he thought she could handle. Adrien led her upstairs. It didn't take long for them to both pass out.

Adrien's phone alarm woke him early that morning. He rubbed his eyes, yawning. He turned off the alarm and then turned his head to look at Marinette. She was curled up beside him, her hair covering part of her face. He chuckled quietly.

Sitting up, he realized that they had to get back to the airport in three hours to catch a flight to America. He gently shook Marinette awake.

"Hey, time to wake up." He said, swinging his legs over the side of the bed.

"Already...?" Marinette whined, stretching her arms up into the air.

"Yes, already. Do you want to get to paradise or not?" He asked, buttoning a shirt up.

Marinette groaned, rolling out of bed. She trudged into the on-suite bathroom. Adrien chuckled under his breath. Her not being a morning person would have to be something he would need to get used to.

Adrien pulled up his shorts as well and then tied up his shoes. He followed her into the bathroom.

She had pulled on simple stripped shirt and a skirt with the shirt tucked into it.

"Still as beautiful as ever, princess." He said, kissing her forehead.

"I would hope so." She yawned, squirting tooth-paste onto her toothbrush.

"Are you ready?" Adrien asked, turning to Marinette as she finished tying a hair-tie to hold her side-braid together. Both of her suitcases were on either side of her.

"Yep! Lets get going!" She said in excitement, wheeling her suitcases closer to him. Adrien wheeled his own out to the taxi, lifting both his and hers into the trunk. They climbed into the back of the taxi, and told the driver to take them to the airport.

The terminal was busy as per usual. But in an hour they made it through bag checks and security and began boarding the plane. In about 15 hours they'd be on a cruise ship, sailing the deep blue seas of the Atlantic ocean.
