Deep Well of Thoughts and Feelings

Times Like This

For all the times
That I feel so down
All I want to do
Is to be alone

But will I survive?
In the dark times?
Will I survive
When everybody leaves me?

It feels so nice when they appreciate you
But it will be better
If they will stay
Even when you are down

Should I feel sadness?
'Cause I'm in the dark
Or to be thankful
'Cause in here, I can see who's true and genuine?

For all the times like this
I don't need any hurtful words
'Cause all I need
Is to be with a friend that will stay with me - even in the dark.
