Shawn POV
I waited in front of his door as I slowly walked in, prepared for the damage.
"What's up man?" I asked, trying to make it seem like everything was ok.
"I'm swag. You?" He said causing to giggle.
I watched him struggle to lift up his hand to touch mine.
"I'm good. Did you want to talk to me?" I asked.
He took a deep breath as I felt less tense.
"Shawn, I heard." He said.
"Heard what?" I asked in confusion.
"I know you banged her. Knocked her up." He said making me laugh at the way he said it.
"I wasn't intending to do that. I was careless." I said, disappointed in myself.
"Things happen in life's roller-coaster ride. And I am on your side." He said, making me feel relief.
"We are keeping the baby. We want the baby." I said.
His eyes widened but his expression wiped off his face after moments of thought.
"I'm glad you standing by her side because she needs you." Taylor told me.
"But that's not only what I wanted to tell you. I wanted to let you know that you are beautiful. No homo, I mean you are so natural it's rare. You are talented and sweet and loyal. That's all I ever wanted to see. I wanted to see you grow from this stage. I want you expand your dreams into goals. Because I know you can reach them. That baby will be so lucky. Lucky to have you as a father. I probably won't be a dad but I sure will be an angel over that baby's head." He spoke as teardrops landed on his pillow.
I tried to hold my emotions inside but I couldn't. Because I couldn't imagine a life without Taylor.
"Taylor, you are God's gift. You make life so much easier and you make everything seem positive when it has to. I love you, bro. You will forever be in heart." I said as I began to cry into his arms.
He wrapped his weak arms around me as my tears dropped on his shirt.
"I'll see you soon. I promise." He said as I walked out. I winked at him and waved goodbye as the door closed.
