~chapter 29~
Aaron POV
I went over to Cameron and Jack J. to talk to.
"Hey, what's your high score?" I asked Cameron.
"um. 109. Minus 108." He says.
Me and Jack laughed hysterically and wanted to make a vine for it.
"Oh snap, I left my phone at my room." Jack J. said.
"I'll get it. I'm going to go to my room anyways." I say.
He smiles and I exit the room.
I walk over to Room 234 and saw the door was a little open so I opened it wider.
I looked to see inside and saw Allison and Jack G. making out.
My heart broke into pieces. I really liked her. I definitely got the hint she isn't into me.
"What the fuck?" I say without thinking.
Allison saw me and her jaw dropped.
"Aaron." She says.
"Um, sorry. I was getting, um. Jack's, his phone, and I walked in, sorry." I fumbled saying.
I looked at the counter and saw Jack's phone and grabbed it.
"Sorry for interrupting you." I kept apologizing.
I left running back to the room.
I handed the phone to Jack and left saying nothing.
I walked to my room and laid on my bed just thinking.
Did she ever like me?
How could I be so stupid?
She never liked me and never will.
Jack G. POV
I saw Allison's eyes a bit puffed as if she was crying and she wasn't acting normal.
I tapped her shoulder and pointed my head towards the door.
We went into the hall to talk.
"What happened?" I asked.
"Nothing. I don't want to talk about it." She said.
I lift up her chin and stare deep into her eyes.
"Hey, I heard about Taylor and I'm sad too. You need to talk about it with someone." I explain.
"I'm not over him. I miss him. He cheated on me and it hurts." She said with tears running down her face.
"I know it hurts. Heck, I know how it feels." I say thinking about her dating Taylor.
"But I just relieve with talking about it." I continue.
"I'm so glad I have you." She says. She hugs me and I hug her back instantly.
"Wanna go to my room and watch Netflix because I am a little tired and don't feel like playing Flappy Bird." I asked hoping for a yes.
We walk into my room and we sit watching Netflix.
After a conversation with her I had the courage to express my feelings towards her. It was my job to show her at that second so I did.
I kissed her and she didn't resist.
We kissed and it was magic to me. My heart exploded at that second in a good way.
I was so into it until she pulled away. Oh no.
She looked behind me and she looked shocked.
From the mirror on the wall, I saw Aaron standing there.
He immediately left with Jack's phone and I knew the kiss was over.
"I'm sorry." She said. I was a bit confused.
"I like you. I have been for a while." I say without thinking.
She smiles and my heart exhaled.
"You're so sweet and amazing but I can't date." She says.
She practically took my heart, stomped on it, then put it back in my chest.
She got up and left.
I watched her leave. She left me here on an empty page.
