~chapter 21~
I watched the tv as people crowded around a wrecked car.
I saw Taylor's face in the corner of the tv.
"We are here at the scene where 17 year old, Taylor Caniff, has been injured in the car accident at Regal Expressway." The news reporter said.
I broke down in tears and texted all the people in my contacts about Taylor.
"Mom! What hospital is he in???" I hesitated to say.
"Ms. Caniff just texted me that he is in Marina Medical Center." My mom responded.
I grabbed my sweater and left the house with my keys in my hand.
I took the fastest highway to get to the hospital as fast as I can.
I reached my destination in about 8 minutes and ran inside.
"Where's Taylor Caniff?" I asked the front desk.
"Room 237 on the left." He responded.
I thanked her and ran to find the room. After running through the hallways for a few minutes, I found the room.
I walked inside and say Taylor with machines attached to him.
I began to sob while looking at him.
I sat at the edge of his bed and began to speak.
"Taylor, you are so special and I can't let you go. I want you to stay and take care of me. You are my rock. I love you Taylor. Not as a friend, but as a crush. If you hear me, know that I'm sorry for what I've done and lied for. That was my past and I was too coward to tell you. I need you, Taylor."
I saw his eyes open and I began to smile and tear.
"Taylor!" I laid on his chest.
"Maddie, I forgive you." His words made me the happiest.
"You made me so fucking scared!" I laughed.
"Sorry, some asshole ran into me." I didn't bother to ask. Instead I grinned.
I laid on him again and pulled him tight into me.
"I love you too." He said.
I sat up and stared into Taylor's eyes. He smiled at me and winked.
He loved me. And I loved him.
I couldn't help myself. I'm so sorry God.
I went in for a kiss and kissed him passionately.
He accepted and locked his lips with mine.
I ran my fingers through his hair and he held on to my back.
"What the fuck?" A voice said.
I looked back and saw Allison standing there furious.
I stood up and fixed my shirt.
"You bitch! You little whore! You can't get out of my life! I swear I will find you and mess up your life!" She got closer to me, little by little.
I moved back, intimidated by her words until I fell on one of Taylor's machines.
It fell down causing others to fall.
The machine wires were connected to Taylor causing him to fall on the ground.
"NURSE! NURSE!" Allison yelled.
What the fuck did I just do?
