"How are you feeling about the fight?" Jack asked Aaron as he leaned across the kitchen island.

"Alright." He muttered as he kept his eyes on his phone in front of him.

After training, Aaron had finally got chance to sit down, eat something and relax from an intense day. It had been nearly a week since Reck had told him about his fight with Warren, and Aaron hadn't stopped training since then. He had been doing the early hours of the morning right up until late at night and it was clearly starting to get to him now.

He hadn't seen Sophie since their disaster dinner when he had tried to speak to Juliet about Kieran. He knew things were still tense but with very little free time on his hands he hadn't been able to be there as support.

"Alright?" Jack mocked as he pulled up a stall opposite him. "You're not going to give me anymore than that?"

Glimpsing up from his phone for a moment, Aaron took note of Jack's curious face.

"It's fucking draining the life out of me." He added before getting straight back to the text he was sending.

"At least that was a bit more truthful. You look exhausted man."

"I am but I need to win this fight."

As Aaron finally put his phone down on the table, he noticed Jack's eyes hadn't left him. He clearly had no plans of dropping this and now he had his friend's attention, he was going to keep hold of it.

"You also need to chill the fuck out." Jack added and although he was always very good at acting so careless, he was genuinely concerned about Aaron.

It was always intense for him leading up to a fight but this had been on a whole new level. He was preparing with so little time and with so much pressure due to the person he was fighting. If he didn't beat Warren, he would be losing to a gym that had caused them so much grief over the years. Reck wouldn't forgive him and he knew that even Toni wouldn't either. That gym had been the one to tear Andrew apart.

"Yeah because chilling out will make me win, won't it?"

"It will put a bit of life back into you. You've been like a robot."

"I'll pass." Aaron muttered causing Jack to sigh with aggravation.

He knew getting through to his friend was not going to be easy, but he was unbreakable right now.

"When did you last see Sophie? Maybe she can make you loosen up a bit."

"When is Jess coming over? Maybe she can get you off my back for a bit?" Aaron mocked as he raised his eyebrows in a challenging manner at Jack.

Although he wanted to come back with a smart comment, Jack was unable to and instead let his laughter come through instead. Aaron did have a point and Jess' arrival would most definitely get him off his back however, little did he know that Jack had given someone else an invite to give him a help in hand.

"She'll be here in 5 minutes so you're in luck Aaron Harris!" Jack sang as he got down from the stall and made his way around to pat Aaron on the back.

Although this build up to him moving home was supposed to be a sad time, he was trying to make the most of it instead. He was soaking up every single moment he had with each of his friends and making sure to not take any of it for granted.

Leaning across the table, Jack reached for Aaron's phone that he had finally abandoned before attempting to remove it before getting caught. However, as soon as his hand was placed on it, Aaron got in there first and removed it from Jack just as quickly.
