I returned to Yu-topia after walking Yurio to the station. I was sad seeing him go, bur I could be with him in a couple months after I move to Russia for school. I went to the kitchen to work on the surprise I had promised Yuri. I pushed my glasses up to the top of my head, to practice cooking with impaired vision.

It took some time in order to finish what I set out to do. But I finally did that, and only making a mess I needed to clean up. I started doinf that as I continued to wait for the Russian and my brother to get home. Mari was out somewhere. So both Mom and Dad were home, but working at the time.

I was putting in the last utensil when I saw them walking. "Yuri!" I screamed, slippibg my glasses back onto my nose. "I present to you your victory Katsudon!" I said holding out the pork cutlet bowl I had made all by myself. He opened his mouth to refuse it. "Nope, a victory is a victory...." The sino name finally came to mind. Victuuri. I couldn't help but ship music brother and his coach.

"Aki," Mari had come I. behind my brother, "Stop thibking like that." She was rhe only one who knew how dirty my mind could get.

"My mind went else where,' I laughed innocently, "No celebrate. the twerp already left. our celebration won't be heard by Yurio." I was forcing myself so hard. I so badly wanted to go back into my room in hiding, but if I would do that it would only get harder.

"Come help me with something," Mari said and walked back outside. She mustbhave noticed how nervous I was getting with all the people around.

I walked outside to see Mari was talking to a familiar pair, no make it a treo. "Aki," a little six year old fan over and clung to my legs.

"Nagisa," I questioned, picking up the boy around my legs, "Naomi, Jean, what are you doing here?" Noami was my coach, and I lived with this family for three years when I lived in Tokyo and was training under her.

"To get you back into skating of course," Minako said. I turned around to see Yuko, Minako, and my mom standing there. It felt like an intervention.

"Nope," I said, setting the kid back down. "I told you, I don't want to compete." I tried to walk back inside, but they blocked me.

"Akira, you've been in a downward spiral since school ended," mom said, "We were hoping you were going to move padt or, but after the development we felt like it was time to get involved."

"But..." I was going to tell them about me going to Russia to study music. I wabted to wait until I had everythibg in order, but it looked like that was going to happen.

"No buts," Yuko interrupted me, "We see how much you love skating, you only ever smile when you are on the ice. We were only going to force you to do one thing, and it would be easier to make you skate than going to college."

"Would you just..." I tried to talk, but they didn't let me.

"So they called me up," Naomi said, slinging her arm around my shoulder, "And we are going to go far beyond the Nationals. You have the talent, so don't you dare doubt yourself." She turbed me around to face me. I opened my mouth to say something, but her arms wrapped around my waist and raised me up. "Huh," she mummbled to herself, holding me to her chest. "I don't think you've lost much weight, at most Mandy sone muscle mass. I expected you to be skinny and bone with what they told me." She out me back on the ground. "Now you need to start eating..." she went right into coaching.

"Can I say something!" I yelled, gettibg a bit angry, frightning the circle of women aroubd me, as Naomi's husband and son were gatheribg their luggage. They all watched me in fear. "I decided to go to college, I am going to Russia to study music." They all seemed lost at what to do there. "And I can't back out, I've already told the school I was going, and have an apartment ready to lease, I just need to find a roommate."

"Well, Jean," Naomi broke the silence, "What do you think about moving to Russia." We all were surprised by this statement. It wasn't like they could move easily, they could. Naomi's job was being a coach, which I was her only underling for years. Jean was an interpreter, for many languages, and could easily fibd job, he was even a certified teacher if need be. Nag is a was only in his first year of school, so moving wouldn't be too hard on it.

"I'm all for it," he said. He was as supportive of me as his wife.

Yet again I was goibg to talk, only to be interrupted. "You have a talent, in both music and skating. I want both those talents to be nourished. You should go to school to study music, but you should also keep skating, and inorder to stay motivated to do so, you should compete. You don't need to win, just have fun and do what you love."

"I don't know," I said, looking down at my feet.

"Well I'll convince you," Naomi said, grabbing a bag and a suitcase from her husband. "Now let's go inside, I want to meet Victor, and I have something to show you."

Mari and my mom helped getting the Yaguri family situated, while I stood in the entry way, completely shocked by what happened.

"What happened out there?" Yuri asked me. Both of the skaters were watching me, wanting to know why and entire mob just came into the inn.

"I think an intervention," I said in complete confusion.
