December 25th was always a big deal for the Y/L/N family. Not just because it's Christmas day but because it's the only day in the whole year where everybody is together and by everybody I mean the WHOLE family, Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles siblings, cousins and extended family. But this year was different. My boyfriend's family were invited to meet the rest of my family, which doesn't bother me too much except my boyfriend can't get here until tomorrow so I'm here, making myself crazy nervous thinking about what could go wrong.

"Don't worry Y/N, Connors family well get along great with our family." My sister tried to reason. I knew she was right I just couldn't help but worry. "Besides, the only relationship between our families you need to worry about is our parents and his and they get along great. They already met at your birthday party two years ago." She laughed.

"You're right." I sighed standing from her bed were I had spent the last hour stressing.

I always am. Now go get changed we leave for the pub in 30 minutes." She laughed pushing me towards the do. I laughed and walked to my bedroom.

I checked my hair, that was styles in a half up half down mess of black curls with a bright blue bow in my hair, in the mirror before walking over to my wardrobe and pulled out my outfit for tonight. A long tutu type skirt, red and white striped ¾ length sleeved top and a pair of black tights and blue high heel pumps. I quickly changed and added a silver 'C' necklace Connor had given me, a charm bracelet from brad, Jemz and Tris and a promise ring Con had given me on our 1 Year anniversary.

"Y/N, you ready?" I heard my dad call from down the stairs.

"Yeah one sec!" I called back as I topped up my lipstick I had done in my sisters room a while ago. I grabbed my black leather jacket and slipped it on as I made my way to the car, helping mu dad with the boxes of presents for the family meeting at the pub for our annual Christmas party.

"WOW, Y/N if you're making this much effort for Connors family, I'd hat to think what you'd wear for Connor himself." My mum smiled as I walked towards my car.

"That would be, not a lot." My sister called from the door as she exited the house.

"Hush you or you can walk to the party." I warned as she walked over to my car.

"I'm going to ignore that threat because you love me and tell you, you look very beautiful dear sister." She laughed walking over and kissing my forehead and walking of to get in my car.

"Bitch." I called over smirking.

"Slut" She called back as we both climbed in the car.

"OK, Y/N, drive safe and we'll see you at the pub, we need to nip tot he gas station and fill up.

"I'll see you there." I called before I drove off towards my destination, a 20 minute drive from my parents house.

I of cause moved in with Connor in Hutton close to his family as I had a job offer out there and Con jumped at the chance to live together.

"Do you want to listen to some music?" My sister asked pulling me from my thoughts.

Sure, why not, radio please?" I smiled. She switched on the radio and Middle of the night by The Vamps filled my car. I smiled at the sound of my friends voice and my boyfriends band's song.

"This is one of my favourite songs of theirs." My sister smiled turning the speaker up a little louder.

"Mine too." I laughed.

"The rest of the journey was mostly spent singing along to the radio until I pulled up in the car park and cut the engine. I did one last check of my make up my sister and I climbed out of the car. I put my keys in my bag after locking to door and turned to Y/S/N
