I straightened the tie and adjusted the jacket for what felt like the hundredth time.

Never liked these formal straight jackets, always so goddamn tight.

(A/N This is your outfit, just with black slacks and dress shoes. No gloves this time though.)

I sighed and made my way towards the restaurant in Neo's message, I thought back to when we first met.

I wonder if I'll be able to order ice cream in this place.

My thoughts were interrupted by a small tap on my elbow, I looked down and smiled.

She held out her scroll.
I hope you weren't waiting long.

"No worries, I just got here, you look nice by the way."

Thanks you're looking pretty good yourself.

I held out my hand,"Well then, shall we go?"

Hand in hand we walked into the restaurant and sat down. I opened my menu and after a few seconds decided what I wanted. I looked at Neo who was still hidden behind her menu, just then a waitress came over to our table.

"May I take your orders?"

I gave her my order and then turned toward Neo,"Do you need more time to decide?"

She looked at me then pointed at one of the items on the menu, I nodded and told the waitress. "As well as a bottle of Merlot and two glasses."

She ran off and then a few minutes later came back with the wine. I opened the bottle and filled up both glasses, Neo picked up her glass and began to take a few sips.

I took a sip and set the glass down, I looked at her and chuckled. "Are you alright?"

I'm fine why do you ask?
