Remnant's Knightfall (Rwby X Bane Reader)

Part 26

I woke up and blinked a few times before my vision cleared, I looked around before realizing where I was, back in the Beacon Infirmary.

"I suppose I should get used to waking up here, cause this most likely won't be the last time."

As I sat up I saw Neo asleep on a seat beside me, one of her slender hands were resting on my arm. A small smile formed on my face as I slowly shifted my position to face her.

"Neo?"

Her eyes slowly opened and she yawned and stretched before blinking a few times. I reached towards her and lifted her onto my lap.

"Hey there."

Her eyes widened before she hugged me tightly, I gently hugged her back and she quickly typed up a message.

How are you feeling?

"Other than a bit sore I'm alright, so what happened after I passed out?"

You were losing a lot of blood, I tried to give you some of my aura but I couldn't for some reason. So I quickly bandaged you as well as I could.

Then some bullheads came and got the dust and rounded up most of the bandits, then this lady with a riding crop came and tried to arrest me. They would have taken me away except someone stopped them, a man in green with a cup of coffee.

I owe you one Ozpin.

"So...how long have I been out?"

You've been asleep for two days.

"I see, and what about you? Were you injured in any way?"

Just a few minor cuts, nothing that my aura couldn't heal. You had the worst of it.

I looked at my chest and saw bandages wrapped around my chest and left shoulder, I looked back at her and saw her leaning towards me.

"Neo? Wha-"

I was cut off as she pressed her lips to mine. She leaned back and smiled.

So what now Bane?

I pulled her closer and we kissed again before she pushed me back onto the bed, as we lay down the doors to the Infirmary suddenly opened and in walked team JNPR who immediately stopped talking as they saw me and Neo together.

"Ba-I-you-uhhh......."
Jaune stuttered as Ren and Pyrhha stood behind him in silence.

Well.....this is awkward.

Neo blushed as she got off my lap and adjusted her clothes. I sat up straight in the bed turned towards them and sighed.

"Can I help you?"

"Ozpin sent us, he told us to tell you that Pamella's awake."

Pyrhha walked towards me and held out my combat gear and one of my venom tanks.

"She suddenly went beserk and started attacking the doctors and then these plant creatures went on a rampage through the school. We need your help."

I quickly put on my gear and attached the tank to my back. As I finnished connecting the tubes to my mask I cracked my neck and pressed the button on my wrist allowing the venom to flow throughout my blood stream.

Let's get this over with.

We ran out to the courtyard and saw several large venus flytraps coming out of the ground, they all turned towards us and we drew our weapons.

"Use dust rounds to weaken them, and watch out for their vines."

As I said that Nora immediately ran forward giggling, she spun and slammed her hammer on one of them crushing its head and sending it back into the ground.

Or you could do that.

She laughed as she flipped back off the smashed plant not noticing a second one coming up behind her.

Just as it opened it's jaws Ren turned and fired several fire rounds into it's open mouth, it screeched loudly as the flames quickly spread over it. He then ran forward and with two quick swipes severed the head from it's stem.

As another one came sailing towards me jaws wide open I rolled back and shot an ice blast freezing it's head to the ground, I then jumped forward and landed on its head crushing it under my boots.

I turned and saw Jaune and Pyrhha fighting together, when she went on the attack he'd step forward and watch her back and vice versa.

They make a good team.

I punched another venus flytrap and stabbed it with my knife before activating the fire dust on the blade, I sliced upwards and cut the head in two before kicking it away.

I looked at Neo and saw her dancing around the plants, cutting through their stems with her concealed blade. Her eyes were both white and her face had a wicked smile as she cartwheeled and flipped over the dead plants. She then paused as another plant died and then faced me before winking and continuing her graceful dance of death.

Damn, what a woman.

As I crushed the last plant we ran back into the school and saw Sun shooting a small creature made of vines before Neptune stabbed it in the head and electrocuted it.

"Where's everyone else?"

Sun turned his nunchucks into a staff before turning towards me.

"Team RWBY is clearing out the other side and team CVFY is handling the rest, I think that was the last one here."

As soon as he said that a large flower bud came out of the ground in front of us, the bud opened and there she stood in the center before sauntering towards us with a grin.

I raised my fists and the others held their weapons ready, Ivy looked around at the others before her gaze settled on me, as she did a sly smile formed on her face.

Ah hell.

Sun and Neptune were surprized at first by her appearance but quickly snapped out of it and glared at her before taking out their weapons

"She almost killed Sage and David, come on Neptune!"

"Sun don't!"

I shouted as they both rushed forward, she simply waved her hands and vines wrapped around their hands before pulling them towards her while more appeared and began restraining them. She laughed as they struggled to get free and walked over to Neptune before gently carressing his cheek.

"Now now boys, that's no way to treat a lady."

I motioned for the others to stay back as she leaned forward and kissed Neptune before doing the same to Sun, she then snapped her fingers and the vines released them and they stood and faced us before raising their weapons. I looked and saw that their eyes were now glowing green.

She turned towards me and snapped her fingers as two more plants came out of the ground. I increased the flow of venom and raised my fists.

"Well then, let's do this."

(A/N And cut, now as I said before I will be adding other characters from the DC universe in this story, but not immediately. So bear with me cause the next character won't be out for a bit. But anyways I hope you enjoy and as always have a lovely day/evening/night.)
