I shrugged her aside and continued on my way, the roar of the crowd almost deafening as they cheered loudly for the victors. As I began to climb the stairs I felt her grab my hand, I turned back and saw her looking down avoiding my gaze."There's nothing I can say to change your mind is there?"
"My mind is made up, I intend to see this through to the end. Is there anything else you want to tell me?"
She looked at me with tears in her eyes before turning away.
"Just.....don't make him suffer."
I nodded and made my way up the stairs, as I reached the top I looked out a window at the sun for what might possibly be the last time before kicking open the door.

I looked around me at the chaos ensuing around the city. The Grimm running rampant throughout the kingdom. But right now those were the least of my problems, I tore through the crowd searching desperately among all the faces but not finding who I was looking for.Where are you?
I searched frantically around the city, ripping apart any Grimm who stood in my way. As I looked I saw the wreck of the ship but no sign of my quarry anywhere within.
As I looked around my eyes landed on a muddy object laying near a pile of rubble, as I drew closer my eyes widened in horror as I realized what it was.
...no, no, NO!!!!

We dangled over the abyss, my grip slowly weakening as the various wounds began to take their toll on my body. I coughed up blood and looked down at my opponent, her blades piercing through my chest and shoulders, and chuckled as I slowly twisted my knife buried in her chest. She gritted her teeth in pain before smiling as my grip on the knife slowly began to loosen. She looked at the blade lodged in her ribs and smirked as a black substance formed around the wound slowly closing it.
Without warning I spun and grabbed her neck with both my hands, letting go of the ledge. In a panic she latched onto the rocky surface digging her blades into the side as I tightened my grip on her neck.
She looked at me with fear in her gaze as she dangled precariously over the edge "If you do this we both die!!"
I grinned and leaned closer.
"I don't care. Killing you was the point, living through it was just a luxury."

He wiped the blood of his fist and poured another shot of vodka before looking at me and asking in a heavy russian accent."What do you want with me?"
I smirked and walked up to him.
"To offer you a fight, a war. Is that not something that interests you?"
He looked at me before nodding as a grin formed on his face.
"Da, absolutely."
