Remnant's Knightfall (Rwby X Bane Reader)

Part 27

(Yang's pov)

I punched off the head of another plant as it lunged forward, without pause I turned around and shot several blasts at two more behind me.
No matter how many we kill they just keep coming back.

I looked at Ember Cecilia and sighed as two more plants came out of the ground and began slithering across the ground towards me, I raised my fists but they were immediately sliced in half. I smiled as Blake suddenly landed beside me with Gambol Shroud in her hand.

"There's just no end to them."

As she said that several small lizard - like creatures made of vines came scampering towards us. We looked at each other and nodded before raising our weapons and running forward.

I raised my fist and punched the first one before Blake jumped over me and sliced the next one in half, she passed me the whip of her weapon before I ran past her and kicked two more aside. As the last three rushed towards me I gripped the handle tightly and swung forward as hard as I could.

Blake shot forward and with three slashes cut then all in half as she flew past them. When she landed she turned back and I smirked as I gave her a thumbs up.

Teamwork

As I thought that the doors were smashed down and a large figure walked through the ruined doorway.
We all stared in shock as it towered above us.

"WHAT IS THAT?!?" Weiss shouted in panic, I looked at her and Ruby running towards us and shrugged.

It turned to face us and raised it's hand but before it could strike we heard someone shouting.

"Hey ugly, pick on someone your own size!"

As the creature turned towards the voice it was suddenly cut in half by a giant blade, I looked and saw Yatsuhashi standing behind it with his sword resting on his shoulder.

As the creature's torso began to crawl away it was suddenly riddled by a hailstorm of bullets. Each shot tore more and more of it's body apart until all that was left was it's deformed head. As it rolled away it was suddenly crushed under a familiar looking pair of boots.

Coco smirked and transformed her mini gun back into a handbag before walking towards us.

"Are you guy's alright?"

"We're fine, thanks for the help Coco."

"Don't mention it, Yatsuhashi and I were finished clearing out the north side of the building so we figured we'd see how everyone else was doing."

Blake thanked Yatsu and ran beside me.

"And Velvet? Where are her and Fox?"

"They're protecting the other students in the library, for some reason these things avoid that particular area."
