Part 18 and shout outs.

I was sharpening my knife in my room when I heard a soft knock on my door, I opened it and looked around but saw no one there.

Is this someone's idea of a joke?

I closed the door and turned around only to find two people standing behind me. Out of reflex I raised my fists and aimed both gauntlets at them.

"WAIT!!!"

I looked at the two, who turned out to be Ruby and Weiss, and lowered my fists as the gun barrels retracted into the gauntlets. I sighed and closed the door before turning back to face the two girls.

"You do realize that you can easily wait for me outside the room?"

"Well I suggested that, but this dunce wanted to surprise you, look how well that went."

I turned towards Ruby who had a sheepish expression, I looked at her expectantly.

"Well....the dance is coming up, and we were wondering if........"

She stopped and mumbled something that I couldn't hear.

"Yes Ruby?"

Wiess sighed in exasperation.
"Oh for Petes sake, she was wondering if you'd like to accompany me and her into Vale as we buy our dresses for the dance."

I looked at her and chuckled.

"Never thought you'd be the one to ask me out. Not that I'm complaining."

She blushed slightly and glared at me before walking towards the docks.

"Personally I could care less you dolt!"

I laughed as she disappeared around the corner, I looked back at Ruby and patted her head.

"Come on, let's get you a dress."

(Three hours later)

"I feel like a pack mule."

I stood beside the girls with twelve different bags in my hands, all full with clothes, shoes and accessories that Weiss recently purchased. In one of the bags I had Ruby's dress but she only bought one along with a pair of black high heels.

I looked at Weiss and saw her buying another pair of shoes, I shifted my right arm and sighed.

If I didn't know better.....

Weiss then looked at me and smiled.

"Just a few more boxes Bane, thanks for coming along, I could never buy this many on my own."

Why you little-

She laughed and went on to the next shop, I took a deep breath and a wicked grin spread across my face.

Ohhh revenge will be so sweet.

As we passed by several restaurant's I heard a growling sound, I looked behind me and saw Ruby holding her stomach looking a bit embarrassed.

"Weiss, I'm starving. We've been walking around for almost two hours. Can we please get something to eat?"

Before she could reply I looked at her. "Its the least you could do considering that I'm carrying all the bags."

She sighed and shrugged.
"I suppose we could get something."

We stepped into the restaurant.

(1 and a half hours later.)

I was on the bullhead heading back home, I looked beside me and saw Wiess sleeping. I sighed and moved her slightly so that she wouldn't crush the bags. As I shifted her position I saw a black marker fall out of her pocket.
