Ashley

"Turn around... No, no go in the locker! MICHAEL LOOK OUT." I shout at Mikey while he was playing Outlast.

He yelled too trying to get out of this big douches grip. We both yell in sync when an inmate pops up on the screen.

Luke walks in and falls down next to me. "Babe...." He whined. "Baaaaabbeee..." He kept on.

"What Luke?" I ask keeping my attention on the screen.

"Let's go do something outside... The rain is light" He grabbed my hand.

I grasp his hand tightly when I got scared again. "What do you wanna do?"

He sighed, "Lets go to the beach or something"

"Too far"

"Um, maybe a lake or something then?" He suggests.

"Babe, its raining. Why do you want to swim?"

He huffed and stormed off.

Michael shook his head, "That boy is always on his period..."

I giggle, "Oh gosh better get the chocolates out for him"

Mikey smiles in return.

I stand up to talk to Luke. "Alright, I'll be right back. Gonna fix things up with drama queen."

He pauses the game while I talk, and nods.

I make it to the big opening where the lounge stops and the kitchen starts until I hear Mikey call my name.

"Yes?"

"For the record.. Swimming seemed dumb to me too"

I smile, "Thanks for the back-up buddy"

-Luke's POV-

I speed out of the lounge away from Ashley and Michael. Everytime they're together all she does is zone me out.

I open the refrigerator with force to get a drink and snack.

Ash and I are on this 'diet' thing together so she can lose the weight she wants. Which I don't see anything wrong with what she looks like now but, she wont listen to me.

We might also being doing this cause she figured out I basically lived on candy and coffee on tour.

I grab a water bottle and some fruit salad Ashley prepared for us earlier.

I take one look at it and mentally puke. I'm hungry but not this hungry.

Instead, I get the box of my favorite cereal that Ashley hid in the far back of the cupboard so I can't get to it. I know her ways.

On the box there was a sticky note. I tear it off and read it aloud.

"Dear Luke, Have strength Jedi. Step one is admitting you have a problem.. Love, a very caring girlfriend xx"

I smile at the sweet gesture but, ignore it anyways.

I go to the fridge and take out the milk Ash hid behind all the gallons of waters and healthy shakes only her and Calum enjoy.

As I'm undoing the cap of milk, I see another note taped to the side of the jug.

"Dear Luke, so you ignored my cereal note I see. Well, this is your last warning. Don't give in to the sugary death trap Lucas. You can do it!"

I laugh to myself at yet another generous warning.

I sigh knowing she was right. Even though I'm mad at her, she's just looking out for me.

I put the milk back where it belongs and get the cereal out again to pour what I have in the bowl back in the box.

I lift up the bowl to pour but see Ash walking to the kitchen and I freeze.

I throw the bowl of cereal in the sink dispenser and throw the box in the cupboard. I forgot to close the box so I heard all the pieces on the floor.

"Hey babe. We need to talk" She said when she approached the counter.

"Okay maybe not in here um, in the dining room?" I ask rhetorically already making my way to sit down.

She follows me hesitantly. "I'm sorry" She sighs.

I nod, "You have no idea why do you?"

"Not a clue"

I throw my hands in the air, "See that's the problem. You think everything you do is perfect. Like you make no mistakes" I yell at her. I have no idea why either.

"Luke... Where is this coming from?"

I back down a little, "Why can't we do stuff I want to do? We always do what you want to do"

She scoffs, "Cause if I bring something up, you don't make suggestions or say 'No thanks I don't want to do that' You can't pin that on me. You're the one who says yes!"

"I don't mind cause we're doing it together. Do you think I want to do this whole diet thing?! Hell no but, I thought it'd be a cool thing to do because we're doing it." I rant. "You know, all I wanted out of this day was to do something spontaneous with you"

She stares at the ground having the look of guilt on her face. Which, I didn't want her to be upset just wanted to get what I had to say out there.

"Let's go do something spontaneous then... I could go for a swim at the park" She finally speaks up.

"Really?" I ask smiling. "Even though its still raining?"

"Of course, go tell the boys and we'll all go." She chuckles.

"You got it!" I say and run upstairs to get changed.
