I softly knocked on the blue door.

No answer, as expected.

"Jungkook, can I please come in?"

I stepped back as the door creaked open, then pushed through and looked at the dark blue bedsheets hiding Jungkook beneath them.

An empty canvas was sitting next to the bed when I walked over.

"Are you okay?"

No response.

But the covers were softly shaking.

"Jungkook?"

A low whimper escaped from him.

"I'm sorry." A low whisper came from him. He was crying.

I furrowed my brows and pulled the covers down. His face was buried in his knees and his messy hair covered his red eyes.

"It was my fault!" He sobbed. "I should have never gotten involved with humans. I...I almost hurt you!"

"Look at me, Jungkook, that wasn't you." I firmly opposed, placing a hand on his shoulder as he glanced up at me with light blue eyes. "I don't blame you for anything. The real evil guy is the person who was behind Solji's death. You reacting like that is understandable. But I'm okay, I'm standing in front of you, right? So stop feeling guilty about something that didn't happen."

"But I almost--"

"No, Jungkook it didn't happen."

"I don't understand, why V always pick on us!" Jungkook shook his head. "He doesn't care. He just doesn't care at all. We're like his pawns--no, he treats us worse than servants."

I sat on the ledge and patted his back as if he were my little brother. "I'm sorry you have such an abusive brother like that. I wish I could help...but demons are really something out of my ability to diagnose." I joked. He wiped his eyes and cracked a smile. "There you go! That's the Kookie I know."

His face darkened again. "Wait, how's Sera? Did...did anything happen to her?!"

"She's okay. Why, is something wrong?"

He shook his head. "I don't remember much, but I know I was going to hurt her too. I..I really wanted to." He replied back with guilt.

"Stop thinking about that. You're all good now. But you have to control that demon no matter what, Jungkook. You need to be able to take it out and push it away whenever YOU want to. Not when IT desires!" I snapped my fingers with fervor.

He smiled warmly at me.

"What?" I blushed.

"You're going to be a good psychopath doctor." He grinned.

"A psychologist." I corrected. "By the way, is Namjoon really the only one who can stop you?"

"Yeah. My big brother has the supplement in his possession. No one else, except him, is allowed to carry it to ensure that others like V don't control my demon for their twisted games and easily give me the cure out of it when they desire. It's a burden Joon has to deal with."

"Well, it's great you have a quick drink to back you up at least. Some of them can't get out of it that easily." I smiled, trying to sound optimistic.

"It's not that great of a drink Hanul..." Jungkook got out of his bed. His body trailed over to the blank canvas paper and he picked up a paintbrush dipped in black paint. Soon after, he began scribbling like he was possessed.
