I checked my watch. 7:00 AM. I couldn't keep waiting. The bus would come any time now! I hurriedly knocked on Hwall's door repeatedly. I groaned. It was exam day, and we couldn't be late!

"HWALL! Open up! I don't want to waste my time here just for you!" I shouted, peeking through the windows for any sign of him.

None.

I stomped my feet on the ground impatiently. We always went to school and back home together ever since we were small pre-school kids. I opened my mouth to curse at him, but the door swung open to reveal a very untidy Hwall.

"You bastard! You're not even dressed!" I scolded.

I checked my watch again, chewing my bottom lip. My grades are not going down the drain because of one irresponsible guy!

"See ya!" I saluted him before I sprinted through his yard and towards the bus stop.

"Wait!" Hwall yelled behind me. I arrived at the bus stop, skidding to a halt and panting. Thankfully the bus wasn't here yet. I dusted off my uniform and looked behind me. Ugh, he still wasn't here? I rolled my eyes as I spotted Hwall running towards me with his tie loosely hanging around his neck, his jacket unbuttoned, and his breakfast stuffed into his face.

I pretended not to know him as he approached me, slinging an arm around my shoulder.

"Close one," I heard him say in relief.

"Gross," I spat at him, brushing off crumbs from his toast.

"Oi, oi, don't be so grumpy," Hwall teased.

His tie that wasn't even tied bothered me a lot, so I decided to do it for him, since he CLEARLY wasn't going to do it himself anytime soon. I turned around, pushing his arm off of me. I properly tied his tie, then beginning to button his jacket.

"Aw, would you look at that... Finally you do something nice," Hwall grinned cheekily, resting his arm on my shoulder once again.

"And you don't," I snapped at him.

The bus finally arrived, screeching to a stop next to the bus stop crowded with high schoolers and adults. I hopped inside, not waiting for Hwall.

"Oi!" He shouted as I entered the bus hastily, handing the bus driver money.

"Thank you," I smiled at him before I realized how many people were on the bus.

"Oh jeez..." I swallowed.

I hated crowded buses because I was slightly claustrophobic. I stood frozen for a moment, scanning the interior for any open seats.

Of course, there were none. The long line behind me began stirring a commotion, impatient that I wasn't going.
