How long has it been since we last met? 10 months at the least. We still kept in touch with each other. We couldn't lose each other since we were friends and promised to continue to be friends for the rest of our life. Haknyeon and I have decided to meet up during his break in promoting for The Boyz, the new boy group he was a member of.

It was 10 PM. A perfect time for him to sneak out of dorms and greet each other for the first time up close and personal in at least 10 months. "Haknyeon~!" I cheered as I saw him running across the mounds of sand and approach me with his arms swinging from side to side, kicking a flurry of sand up around him. "Hey!" He waved his hands excitedly and hugged me, his arms tightly around me. "Yo! Long time no see!" I laughed at his silliness.

We decided to meet up at my favorite beach. We had always played here when we were kids, and the memories kept rushing back to me. We began playing around after exchanging a few words of how we were doing with our lives and what we were doing currently. I sprinted around, sand showering my feet as I ran barefoot, dodging Haknyeon's balls of sand that were thrown at me. I avoided Haknyeon as he dashed after me, drawing back his lips to let out an echoing laugh under the sea of stars stretched across the sky.

He tackled me in the sand and began stuffing sand into my face and burying me in the cold heap of sand. I struggled to escape, giggling endlessly. This seemed like a replay of my memories with him except that we were grown up... And yet still this immature and playful. "Haknyeon! Stop!" I laughed as he began tickling me, causing me to wriggle and squirm underneath the thick layer of sand that began to break apart as I thrashed wildly. I accidentally punched Haknyeon in the face that resulted in him yelping in pain.

I gasped. I immediately destroyed the sand on top of me and climbed out. "Haknyeon! You okay?" I asked worriedly. "Yeah, yeah. You've gotten stronger over the months," He remarked. "And fatter," he had the guts to add. I gawked at the insult as he bolted off into the water, prancing around in the shallow parts of the salty ocean that reflected the bright moonlight and the twinkling stars in the sky. "Ooh, you're going to regret ever saying that!" I threatened as I got up and raced after him into the water. As I got closer, he waded further into the water to get away from me.

I squealed as I stepped into the water reluctantly. It was cold, but I had to tolerate it if I wanted to get revenge on that childish Haknyeon! I waded through the cold water, my teeth beginning to chatter as the cold wind rolled over the ocean and messed up my neatly parted hair that I had curled just before going to the beach. I was upset it got ruined by the fierce winds and the sand that was collected in my hair.

Haknyeon began to paddle back to me, cupping his hands together. I knew what he was going to do. He was going to spill that water all over my clothes! I smirked slyly. I wouldn't let him do that. I retreated to the shallower edges of the ocean, scooping up some of the salt water in my own hands, prepared in a stance where I could dump the water on his head. "Y/N! You better run!" He cautioned, smiling brightly as he picked up the pace and began awkwardly running through the water.
