"Y/N!" She heard a boy call out from behind her.
She turned around, her eyes roaming the crowds of students in search of whoever had been shouting her name.
"Y/N!"
Her eyes settled on Juyeon, who was jogging over to her, shouldering aside loitering students.
Y/N let out an exasperated sigh- not him again.
She placed her hands on her hips, tossing her hair behind her shoulder and writing a large frown onto her lips.
"What do you want?" She asked in an irritated tone, her expression demonstrating all of her hostility.
He didn't seem fazed by it, however.
With an excited voice, he showed off a smile and chirped, "Come to my game today! My basketball game!"
"I have mock exams to practice for. I have no time for your game," She snorted, already starting to turn around on her heels to walk away.
"C'mon, Y/N! If you come, I'll play even harder and win!" Juyeon pleaded, grabbing her wrist.
She yanked her arm away and rolled her eyes without saying anything before hurriedly distancing herself from him, disappearing in the crowds.
Juyeon was a part of the school's basketball team. He was the heartthrob of the school, seemingly being the most perfect guy there.
Y/N had nothing to do with him- and wanted nothing to do with him- until the day that Juyeon began liking her. Which wasn't obvious in Y/N's eyes, but was clearly apparent to everyone else's.
Y/N and Juyeon were in the same class together and he was known for always doing little things for her that she was mostly not interested in. But if she rejected him, then he'd try harder to succeed.
She found him as just a nuisance, focusing on school more than boys.
She walked into the classroom, marching to her seat and ignoring the stares that were glued onto her.
The moment that Juyeon had practically announced he had a crush on her with all of his antics to get her to return his feelings, everyone's eyes were on her.
His fans would obviously be disheartened. She even knew that if they saw her face-to-face, they'd be quite disappointed that Juyeon was into someone like her.
