I coughed after hearing his introduction. "S-son of the founder of Moon University?!" I stammered, wide-eyed. I knew I had to be cautious around him... If I ever did something wrong and he was near me, he could report it to his parents and get me to face some huge consequences! I shuddered at the thought, goosebumps creeping up my clothes arms. "Precisely. That's why you should respect me," a smile slyly tweaked up Kevin's pink-tinted lips. "Yes! Of course!" I nodded to him. That grin of his made me feel sick to my stomach.

We arrived at the large building, and we both exited the taxi after paying the driver a reasonable amount of money. The taxi pulled away and drove off, leaving me standing in front of the incredibly colossal brick building that towered over me. I swallowed a huge lump in my throat, gulping down saliva. I prayed I wouldn't get into any trouble in the first day of college. That would end up horribly for me if I did happen to get myself twisted in a knot of trouble. I vowed that I wouldn't get involved or stick my nose anywhere where I shouldn't. I had a knack for squeezing into somebody else's business, even if they didn't appreciate my help.

Kevin elbowed me cheekily. "Let's go in," He signaled to the wide open gates. He leisurely strolled inside without a moment's hesitation, abandoning his navy-hued suitcase. It looked expensive and extremely fancy, and it even sparkled in the sunlight that burned mercilessly down on me. It seemed to be mocking my shabby, hand-me-down suitcase ornamented with a variety of travel stickers. I huffed and brushed past it, accidentally swinging my suitcase into his and causing it to get unbalanced and fall over with a loud, vibrating thud. Kevin's eyes pierced into me, scrutinizing me, as he swiveled around to see what the problem was.

My jaw unhinged as I gazed at the fallen suitcase, scratches forming at the smooth surface. "Oh. My. Gosh," I gasped at the toppled over suitcase that was now rocking back and forth on the gravelly and grainy cement. "Uh? Why did you knock over my suitcase?" Kevin cocked an eyebrow quizzically, questioning me with that intense gaze, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable and queasy in my stomach. Sweat dripped down the sides of my face. It wasn't from the high temperature outside, nor was it from the boiling rays of the scorhing sun, but it was because of how he locked his eyes into mine with that judgmental stare.

"Hey! It isn't my fault! You left your bag here, dumb-a$$! You expect me to pick up your stupid suitcase and drag it all the way over to the building? It's your fault you abandoned your useless bag here and just left on your own!" I retorted loudly, rambling about how he was idiotic for leaving his suitcase rolling around. Then I covered my mouth, realizing what I had just spouted out to him. Why did I rant all that out to him out loud? I glanced at his suitcase once again before timidly averting my gaze to Kevin, who was crossing his arms impatiently, his lips pursed together in an irritated manner. "Ahem. Yes, I did expect you to carry my bag there. I'm the son of the founder, am I not?" He arched both brows up, questioning my actions and my choice of words.

I was dumbstruck. He really was going to be that one stuck-up, arrogant person that was going to ruin everything for me. I groaned, rolling my eyes in exasperation, unable to contain my agitation at how he was behaving before grabbing both suitcases in my clammy hands and heaving them inside, grunting at the unbearable weight of Kevin's. "What do you put in this thing? Sh*t?" I spat out, scrunching up my nose out of pure disgust at the thought of Kevin dumping a whole pile of dung into the interior of his suitcase. "Wow, very funny," Kevin sarcastically called behind his shoulder as he sped up the pace, entering the college building in a hustle to get away from me. I gathered all the spit in my mouth and spewed it all over Kevin's suitcase without regret.

Smiling out of satisfaction, I bounded inside. "You act so much like a girl, it wouldn't be a surprise if you turn out to be one," Kevin suddenly remarked as I entered the cool, air-conditioned main hall. I eyed him wearily but brushed it off, deciding not to give a snarky response. I had a lot to admire and drool over out of being impressed at the designs. There were trophies lined up in tall glass panes, along with artistic hand-drawn posters taped up on walls. A banner was draped down on a wall, and it displayed the logo for the college. I smiled brightly. This University had a beautiful interior, with decorations hung up all over the walls. Students were already done unpacking for their dorms and were meeting up with friends or newly made friends that were heading to their first lecture.

"Ugh, here!" I basically flung the suitcase to Kevin, who was walking in front of me. He offered me a strange look before whipping around and ambling towards me. "What do you want?" I rolled my eyes once again, folding my arms in a formation and letting go of the handle to my full suitcase. He seemed to think about something before he finally spoke, an unreadable glint clouding his eyes. "What?" I blinked rapidly, not knowing how to respond to how he was making his way to me. I had to stop being like a whiny girl and man up! "Hurry up and say it!" I demanded, awkwardly raising my voice.

"Do you want to be roommates with me?"
